  Everything went smoothly, from making the reservation, to picking the car up, and dropping the car off, and everything in between, and it was a holiday weekend! Will definitely use Enterprise again for our rental car needs.

  Hard to get the exact match on vehicle I'm looking to use. So if you don't just wait for one then you have to settle for what's there at the time.

  Called to confirm whether or not they had a luxury booking available. A four-door luxury sedan as is listed on their website. Nobody picked up the phone. Went ahead with the booking. They gave me a convertible. Two-door mustang. Whatever. I find myself in a situation in which I need to turn the car in early and at another location. I call 15 to 20 times. I'm unable to get a price for the one-way fee from the branch I rented it from. I finally give up and decide to just drive in and drop it off. They can't tell me what the fee is going to be. I call corporate. They can't tell me what the fee is going to be and nobody at this branch can answer a phone because Enterprise rental car refuses to hire enough employees to allow them to properly run the branch. So now I'm awaiting what could be $1,000 one-way fee after I just got frustrated and turned it in. And now that I've done research, it turns out that they could hit me for more than the entire rental. I'm absolutely furious and will be submitting this information to whatever regulatory agency oversees rental cars. These practices feel deceptive.

  UPDATE 06/04/2025 - reached out to the avenue the reply stated to get some help. Have been continously told someone will call me back. No calls as of today. And charged for an extra day of rental that the store will mot even take my call about. Rented a car today 05/28/2026, was given a Chevy Equinox all the bells and whistles. 100 miles down the road of our roadtrip we have to turn around and head back because the car is shaking and making a horrific noise, then the check engine light comes on. Begin calling the number they gave me in case of problems, which happens to also be the store number, no one is answering. I called no less than 40 times in the drive back to Roanoke. I call customer service they tell me I have to talk to the store about switching it and they cannot promise there will be anything to switch it with. I tried telling customer service there is no way I can drive a car I RENTED in this condition to NY and back. Get to the store he says yeah I have a Mitsubishi Outlander, I said is it comparable to what this is, "yes". He said he was the only one at the store so he could not answer the phone. No it sure is not, it is bottom of the barrel, no automatic anything, cannot connect my phone for GPS, the seats are bottom line hard and no support. The car is far smaller than the Equinox. The cargo space is far smaller. Overall a HUGE difference between these cars, but this was all they had. Driving away all I can smell is cigarette smoke, and the steering wheel isn't even straight from the alignment. Again tried to call the store, no answer. Would appreciate the general manager to call and discuss this debacle.
