But not really told that until the girl took all my information and sat looking on the computer for sometime. Very frustrating! Enterprise should be able to do better! Highly recommend going to the airport rather than the Tanglewood location!
- TSTammie StanleyAug 10, 20261.0Rented a van to go to Atlanta. When we picked up the van, they said some trouble with the tire pressure shouldn’t be a problem. Well it was a problem. Big problem. We called enterprise Sunday night and they fixed it all up. We just had to go to the Enterprise in Buckhead they told us to go to another Enterprise and that one sent us to another one. Then told us to go to the airport. If you’ve ever been to the Atlanta airport, you know what a cluster that would be. I called the enterprise in Roanoke to see if they could help since this is really their problem and they set us up for this failure, and the boy on the phone was not helpful at all just kept saying this wasn’t really their fault that it wasn’t the tire pressure that kept making things go on and off on the car and have the thing not run right. I would never suggest anyone to do anything with enterprise not Rent-A-Car not buy a car and not have anything to do with them. They will not standby them their product and they will not help you when you are 100 miles away from home not to mention, this was not a trip for fun. This was a trip for medical necessity. There was one day of fun planned ruined by Enterprise.
