  Never has any vehicles. When you book way in advance and arrive to Pick up the car, the vehicle is usually not returned, not available or damaged. Happen twice. Hopefully other rental agencies will start to serve the Roanoke Virginia area so we can have other choices. Sad experience twice within a few months of one another. Sadly, I have another trip coming up and I have to rent and I am in a panic of what do to because I need a larger vehicle because I have several passengers. Loud Sigh

  I had rented a truck one way to help me move. I had scheduled the pickup for 4:00pm on 7/17 at the Hollins Enterprise. The truck wasn’t ready. I wasn’t able to get the truck until 5:30 and it was not cleaned out. The representative was nice and communicative. She gave me a discount for it not being cleaned out. I found out the person that had the truck before had dogs in the truck. My wife is allergic and pointed it out on Sunday 7/19. I asked via text message if I could bring it by to get it cleaned. I did not get a response until Tuesday 7/21 and was told to point it out at the return. I returned it to a different enterprise on Friday 7/24 and made note of it. I was told the hollins enterprise would contact me. It is 8/5 and I have not heard from anyone yet.

  I had to have a rental car due to my car being rear-ended and having to be in shop for repairs. I am pleased with my experience with Enterprise. The car itself was a good choice, clean, maintained, and new. The personnel were friendly, courteous, and efficient. I was kept informed about the status of the insurance company payment authorizations. I appreciate the convenience and the professionalism of using Hollins Branch Enterprise.

  After my first review I posted last night I was asked to contact them. I went to the website this morning and chose the chat option and was on chat with Theri and got absolutely no where. Theri ended the conversation while I was still typing! Enterprise management, this is not a good look. How can a representative end a conversation that was still going on???? This is absolutely unprofessional!! Everyone I have talked with has been rude. Everyone!! Oh and I have screen shots of the chat. You're welcome!!
