  The employee lied to my face after I repeatedly asked for a different car. I made a reservation for a normal size sedan through my insurance company. When I got to this location, the representative told me the only thing they had available was a huge, brand new Mercedes SUV. I told him I wasn’t really comfortable with it for one because of the size and two because of the cost. He said not to worry because my insurance would cover it for two weeks. When I asked what happens if my car isn’t fixed within two weeks he said “we’ll cross that bridge when we come to it.” (Which, as anyone who’s ever rented a car while yours is in the shop knows, means you’ll be coming out of pocket for it) When I told him I really wasn’t comfortable with it and that I would like a smaller, more affordable car, he said that it was literally the only vehicle they had ready to go. I didn’t have much of a choice unless I wanted to walk, so I took it. He repeatedly said I had $X amount of money that the insurance company would pay so I might as well use it and would not listen to anything I said about wanting a different car. When I got home, I tried to make a reservation on the website just to see if it gave me the option of a smaller/cheaper car. It did. So he lied. He pushed it to within $20 of the limit my insurance gives me for a two week reservation, even though I told him the shop said 2-3 weeks. I went to a different location the next day and swapped it out for a more reasonable car, which was super quick and easy and not nearly as big of a deal as the first guy made it seem. The rep at the second location confirmed that the first guy was lying because they get bonuses for renting you a nicer model.

  I had to drop my car off at subaru collision center and enterprise brought me a rental car. When it was time to pick up my car they brought me back to subaru. The staff are very professional and nice. Never had a problem with them.

  I was completely satisfied. Service was quick and fast. The atmosphere was friendly. All questions and concerns were answered and dealt with. I was overall pleased.
