I told them concepts of a plan of what I was looking for in a vehicle and they pieced it together! Very honest, helpful and funny! This was my first car purchase with a dealership and I couldn’t be happier! They took all the fear away of trying to buy a car as a single mother, I know I got the best deal for 2024 in this economy! 10s across the board!!! I’ll only buy vehicles from enterprise Roanoke from now on! And I’ve already recommended them to friends and family! The coverage attached to my car is A+ and my first payment isn’t due until 45 days after. That doesn’t matter because my payment is so slight compared to others; and there’s no penalty for paying my car off early. Oh and they handled changing over my tags; all the DMV stuff, so another thing I didn’t have to handle! It’s like having your Dad there to handle everything haha!

Between that and the transparency of the quality of the vehicles you cannot go wrong! I would definitely recommend anyone in the market for a used vehicle to go to Enterprise. As a matter of fact I've already sent a neighbor and my daughter to them.
