He told me that all license plate holders with the same when I asked him to help me find one for my car I had to really encourage him several times to come out and look at the car to see if it would work. I decided to try it in the parking lot because I had a feeling it would not work and it did not. The type of screws that are used for this type of holder had to have a special star ratchet to screw it in place and they did not know this or help me but they finally found one and I went out in the parking lot and put it on. I will not go back to this advance Auto customer service is very bad they are not encouraging and they were not busy

It was unexpected and frustrating morning for me having to get wait almost 2hrs for a jump .. but after the 2 gentleman at this location to care of diagnosing the need for new battery as well as the installation of the new one. The customer service was top notch, especially from technician Forest. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in the removing of the old battery and installing the new. He was instrumental in making sure I was safely back on the road. I very much so appreciative his efforts and 100% would recommend this company and the fine representatives you have at this location and will be back to this location for my future car needs. Thank you Forest for going the extra mile to get me taken care of today!

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
