  They are very friendly and explain everything thoroughly. There’s no pressure to buy the add-ons, but they explain things so well that you just want to get them! I don’t mind spending the extra amount, since it’ll help my car in the long run. They also noticed my work logo on my shirt and gave me a 20% discount for working in healthcare.

  I would avoid this location for tire rotations. I went in for an oil change and asked for a tire rotation. Apparently they were training a new person and they stripped my lug nut and the bolt it screws onto. I went back to have it fixed, however, only the lug nut bolt was replaced and the old lug nut was thrown back on. Now the lug nut won’t come off and no one at this location is returning my phone call 👎🏽

  I won’t be going back to this location. I went in for a simple state inspection. Prior to going, I had a feeling my wiper blades would need to be changed because it’s been awhile. That was an additional 20$ I was fine with spending. The gentleman came in with 2 air filters, which are not part of state inspection requirements. I’m honestly not even sure why they decided to check them anyways. He told me one was for the engine air and can affect gas mileage and the other was for the AC, affecting the quality of the AC in the vehicle. He even tried to say that we may have noticed issues with it. That AC has been ice cold for several years, so no we’re not replacing them for 23.99 and 39.99 each. This is absolutely predatory, and I’m almost certain that they would have continued to find issues to fix if it hadn’t been for me mentioning checking with my husband. Update: After posting this review, I also received an unsolicited email directly to my personal address from someone on their customer care team, despite their public reply here directly customers to reach out via phone, text or email if THEY wanted to follow up. I never initiated that contact. Using account information from a service visit to follow up on a public review, rather than waiting for the customer to reach out, is incredibly inappropriate and adds to my concerns about how this location handles customers.

  I’ve been going to Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change for years, and they consistently provide excellent service. I recently had my vehicle inspection done, and the team took the time to show me that my air filter needed to be replaced. I really appreciated that they explained everything clearly and showed me the filter instead of just telling me about it. David and Austin are always friendly, professional, and honest.
