REQUESTED THEN TO STOP SERVICE AND THEY STILL CONTINUED WILLBE FILING MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS against this business!
- CRCarl RunkApr 28, 20261.0Went yesterday to buy hcf2 transmission fluid for my cvt accord. The lady asked me multiple times and I told her multiple times it was a CVT transmission. The receipt says I was sold CVT fluid but the lady gave me automatic transmission fluid!!! Didn’t even realize until I filled a quart. Added the old transmission fluid back but now i have to spend extra on a flush to get the automatic fluid out!. Am unsure now if she sold me the wrong filter and o rings too. Terrible first experience here, what can be done to remedy this?

My wife has a new car she loves and how Kevin conducts himself, we won’t get a car from anybody else as long as he’s at Honda. Professionalism at its finest. 10/10 would recommend stopping by and talking with him if you’re interested in a vehicle.
