  I’ve known Kevin for years since I’ve taken care of the plants at Honda. We always had a fun time talking and catching up on things in our lives. I knew when it was time to get a car, he would be the man to handle it. He took phenomenal care of me and my daughter on a preliminary SUV car hunt in March. However, we switched gears on what we wanted to buy, and decided that a sedan was the better way to go. We landed on a hybrid Accord and it was a great decision. Kevin showed us all the bells and whistles which when you are driving a 14 year old sedan, it’s almost like learning a foreign language. We could not have asked for a better person to handle this purchase! We will travel in style and comfort, and feel safer with features we lacked in our old car. Thank you Kevin!

  Honda treated me well! As I waited for my free oil change and tire rotation, the shuttle van took me to get breakfast and brought me back. The staff made sure I was comfortable the entire time, assisting me with the coffee maker and providing two separate sides to wait in. One side consisting of a TV and literature; the other a quiet spot for reading or catching up on work projects. Good job!

  I had a pretty frustrating experience here. I was working with a salesperson named Wendy and she actually helped negotiate the price down, which I appreciated at first. I was very open at first about how I’ve been looking at other options. So when I called another dealership just to compare offers, she completely flipped. She threw her pen down, grabbed the paperwork back, and started saying I was a liar, like I had promised her I’d sign once the price was lowered. I never said that. She kept on acting like a child and lost her temper, and had to grab the manager. I ended up speaking with Tim, the manager, who was somewhat better but still ended up defending Wendy’s behavior. He said it was disrespectful of me to call another dealership in front of her. I was honestly appalled by that. Comparing prices before making a big purchase is being a smart buyer, that is the whole point of shopping around. Getting treated like I did something wrong for doing that, and then having the manager back it up, was extremely unprofessional. Maybe this is just my experience but I am still appalled by this behavior so I really felt the need to write this review. I wouldn’t recommend asking for Wendy if you go here, and this whole experience has made me not want to go back at all.

  Excellent buying experience. Cory helped me initially with clear information, and when I had time to come in he paired me with Mike Toothman, who was outstanding throughout the entire process. Mike was patient, friendly, and never used high‑pressure tactics. He answered every question, made both visits comfortable, and reminded me to call or come back anytime if I needed help with anything after the purchase. My wife and I returned a week later, and although the exact color combination I wanted wasn’t available, the team searched the network and worked hard to find options. Sales manager Tim Cartwright made a fantastic offer on a new Honda Pilot in stock, and he delivered exactly what he promised. The F&I process was quick, pressure‑free, and efficient. This wasn’t one of those dealership experiences where you’re stuck for hours — we were in and out quickly. Mike’s professionalism and customer care really stood out.
