  Tried reaching out to this dealership, at the advice of my local Costco warehouse. They are not close by, and wanted us to drive in to get a simple “transparent” price. Every other dealer was up front with pricing through the program except this one. Disappointing customer service.

  Everyone I had contact with at West Broad Honda was exceptional! My salesman Mark was not pushy and was so easy to work with. The finance lady (sorry forgot her name) was great. Very easy transaction when trading in my old CRV for a new one. They gave me a fair price for my old CRV too. All around great experience and I will return in the future when I need a new vehicle. Oh and the service department was excellent too! Had a minor issue and they were quick to help me on a Saturday with no appointment! A big shout out to Will for all his help!

  We recently bought a new Honda CR-V and had a great experience with West Broad Honda. My wife and I shopped around and compared the CR-V with the Subaru Forester and Toyota RAV4. All three were excellent vehicles, but the CR-V felt the most comfortable for us. We also visited a couple of other Honda dealerships, but West Broad really stood out. Our salesman, Mike Toothman, was fantastic. He knows Hondas extremely well, but what impressed us most was how genuine and straightforward he was. We never felt pressured or like he was trying to manipulate us into a purchase. Unfortunately, we had a couple of experiences with other salespeople around town that gave us a very different impression. Mike was the opposite—patient, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right car. You can tell he’s simply a good person. We’re very happy with our CR-V and would absolutely recommend Mike and West Broad Honda.

  I brought my car to West Broad Honda on 9/17 for an oil change. They found a nail in one of the tires and I agreed to have it patched. I was told it would take about 45 minutes. It ended up taking close to two hours. The explanation was that they were being extra careful because they didn’t want to scratch my wheel. Before I left, the tech even showed me a wheel that looked fine. When I got home, I noticed the fresh wheel weights were actually on the opposite wheel from the one I had been shown. The wheel they really worked on had several fresh gouges in the paint, with glossy black touch-up paint smeared over a satin black finish. There was even paint on the tire. Photos are attached. At that point, the two-hour wait started to make a lot more sense. It certainly doesn’t look like that extra time was spent making sure the wheel wasn’t damaged. It looks like it was spent trying to cover up the damage and waiting for the paint to dry. I went back the next morning assuming this was an honest mistake and that they would just make it right. Instead, Service Manager Brett Corle was unnecessarily adversarial almost immediately. He eventually said the wheel would be fixed, but couldn’t tell me when, couldn’t tell me when I would hear back, and seemed irritated that I expected the repair to be done properly. I asked him for a business card and he told me he didn’t have one on him, even though we were about 20 feet from his office. He said he would call me, but never asked for my phone number and never wrote anything down. The frustrating part is that I’m not even that upset that a tech damaged a wheel. Mistakes happen. What bothers me is that it appears the damage was hidden, I was shown a different wheel, and then the person responsible for handling the problem acted like I was being unreasonable for wanting it corrected. What I’m asking for is pretty simple. I’d like someone with the authority to actually resolve this to contact me, give me a date, and have the wheel professionally refinished by a wheel repair shop instead of getting another round of touch-up paint in the service bay. I’ll gladly update this review if and when they make it right. After this morning, I’m just not very confident that will happen. John T.
