  I recently leased a new 2026 Civic Sport Hatchback back in July and worked with David Fortune. I’m currently in school and needed a reliable car at an afforable price point. He went above and beyond to get me into the car I wanted and I felt truly advocated for the entire time. He wasn’t pushy or condescending like so many of the other salesmen I talked to while I was shopping. I’ll absolutely be buying a vehicle from them in the future.

  I have owned 12 new vehicles since 1973. Thus, I have experienced working with many service departments, with varying degrees of satisfaction and unfortunately dissatisfaction. Waylon is absolutely THE best service department associate with whom I have ever worked. He is knowledgeable but explains everything in an understandable way and has an absolutely tremendous, pleasant, and helpful attitude. He listens attentively and makes you feel confident that he will handle every aspect of the servicing of your vehicle to your complete satisfaction …. and then he does just that! I am definitely looking forward to receiving Waylon’s assistance during all of my future service visits.

  This was by far the easiest, most pleasant, and most seamless experience I’ve ever had at a card dealership. Everyone I interacted with was amazing, but Zubir aka “Z” went above and beyond to ensure that my partner & I got the best deal possible on the exact car we wanted without having to compromise. He stayed with us 30 mins after the dealership closed to make sure we got to take a good look at every single vehicle & color we were even remotely considering, and his insights/suggestions were insanely helpful in informing our final decision. He literally made us feel like family in the two days we interacted with him. It’s been 2 weeks since we drove our car off the lot and I couldn’t be happier. 10/10 experience, save yourself the time/energy and just come straight to West Broad Honda, and ask for “Z” if he’s available!

  The business etiquette at this place is ridiculous. Wr called a week ago about a car that had been posted on the website. Spoke with a sales man, mac, who said yeah we have the car but we haven't inspected it etc. Okay, overlooked that they posted a vehicle without even knowing what was going on. He said let me look into it and i’ll call you back Monday. Another sales person, mike reached out a few minutes later, asking if we were interested in the car, we said yea, but questioned why it was posted if it hadn’t been inspected. Mike said oh yeah it was inspected it was fine, let me look into it. That was the next line. I called back to follow up, was told Oh, the vehicle is sold, we had a deposit put down on it. Mind you, this vehicle had just gotten there, we jumped in this thing immediately. Got a call from mac a week to the day later, left a message saying, hey the car is available. I called back to and hour later, david is the salesman to take my call, he told me, no the car sold yesterday. I told him i literally got a call from mac an hour ago saying it was available. This guy had the nerve to get an attitude about it. At this point im super frustrated with the unprofessionalism of this dealer. Not to mention, i’ve owned over 10 Honda’s, drive a 25 pilot. When i asked to speak with the manager, Brian, he listened to my complaint for a while and asked if i had spoke to other sales people and almost alluded that that may have caused confusion. At one point, he tunes it out and is basically like do you want the car or not? Not hey, sorry my people don’t have it together or sorry about the miscommunication, not to mention there was a female sales person in the back ground saying that we have 14 sales people here, it happens. Take accountability for your lack luster ability to actually do your job correctly. Better yet, take the 40 minute drive to Fredericksburg and go to Pohanka Honda.
