  The team at volvo of richmond was amazing to work with. each question I have was answered gladly. they worked with me to come to a deal and were straightforward throughout the process of negotiations. when I picked up my new car they went above and beyond to inform me about my new volvo and prudently did all behind the scenes work. they even accommodated my work schedule for an evening pickup. thank you!

  Had my financing set and ready to go before i even reached out, had the vehicles picked out just wanted to test drive the trucks to make the the decision final and your salesman Victoria didn't listen, she had a vehicle transferred to her location after I stated that i did not want to drive all the way out there as there were 3 closer Haley dealerships to me. She had them transferred to her anyways then scheduled an appt for me an hour later and told me through text message. She stated they are there now if i want to come test drive it will be there for the next 3 days . You've lost an easy sale because your salespeople didn't listen to their customer. You expect better when planning to spend over 30k on a vehicle
