  I had a really good experience. Camille Mena helped me and she was honestly amazing. Super knowledgeable, very personable, and just really easy to talk to. She made me feel comfortable right away and didn’t pressure me at all. She took her time explaining everything and answered all my questions without making it feel rushed. It was a plus that she was bilingual. The whole car buying process was way smoother and less stressful than I expected. I left feeling really good about my choice. Definitely recommend asking for her if you go in.

  I can't believe you don't even admit that you cut the key wrong. My original key lock and unlock the door, and turn the ignition on. You still charged me for a labor that fixed nothing. That's sad.

  Where to begin.....This was not my first Volvo. My first one was back in 2018. I can't say enough, how wonderful of a vehicle a Volvo is. I have heard and read and so forth how great they are. Until you become an owner, it’s amazing. Well, I drove my first Volvo till she was at 99,990 and I had to let her go. Unfortunately, my experience at the first dealer (the only other one in Richmond... ahem), wasn't the best. It ended up having me taking my business elsewhere when I had to replace her. I ended up purchasing a totally different vehicle, actually 2. That dealer left such a bitter taste ( minus the sales team ONLY ), I voided getting another Volvo. But every time I see one on the road and as I continue to drive my with my other two vehicles. I miss my Volvo and how wonderful of a vehicle it was. From comfortability of the seat, to the smooth ride and the overall beauty. So one day, I decided to stop by at the Midlothian Volvo ( yes I refused to go to the Richmond one till this day, PSTD ). A very nice and very knowledgeable young lady name Camille came out and greeted me and my fiance one Saturday afternoon. We explain that we were just looking and ask her soooooo many questions. She did not make us feel pressured to buy or test drive. You all know that feeling when you pull up to a dealer. She was sooo patient with us. We used to go on Sundays to look at vehicles, cause we know certain dealers are close to look in peace. When we explain that we have to think about it and get back to her, she took our information and that was it. We came back on the following week ( Wed ) and she was just as pleasant and joy to work with. She listened to me on what I was looking for. Like the exterior color to the color of the seats. We couldn't take my baby home that day, cause it just came in and wasn't ready. So we had to come in the next day. That day she suppose to be there, but turn out she switch days and was off. But, to our surprise, she sent me a video of my new beautiful Volvo when she was ready, with my plates on. She came in that day and she also make sure everything was set up with my app. Make sure my question was answered before I left the lot. I can't ask for a BETTER SALES GAL!! If you are in the market for an awesome vehicle and an awesome sales person, Camille is your GO TO LADY! Midlothian Volvo, has restore some of my fear in getting another Volvo! I LOVE LOVE my VOLVO!!!

  I originally met Savana when I purchased my Toyota two years ago, and she has been incredibly helpful ever since—consistently checking in to make sure I was still enjoying my car. When it came time to upgrade due to some life changes, I knew exactly who to go back to. Savana worked with me in a way that truly stood out from past experiences. After moving to Volvo, she introduced me to Mena, and together they helped me get into a 2026 XC90. The entire process was seamless, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. What really set them apart was how they treated me—not like just another transaction, but like part of the Volvo family. I can’t speak highly enough about both of them, and I will gladly be working with Savana and Mena again for my next vehicle. Highly recommend!
