The staff was very helpful. I was a little disappointed though that Volvo of Midlothian sold a car that immediately required a system update. The update fixed the weird turn signal sound glitch. Our salesperson tried to do it through the app and it didn't take, so it just ended up being many hours back at the dealership the day after purchase. The car is terrific.

I had a great experience working with Camille. She is extremely patient, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions, explain every detail, and genuinely helped me find the right car without making me feel rushed or pressured. Her professionalism and honesty made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The finance manager AB was also very helpful, transparent and not the typical experience of trying to sell you products that you don’t need. Highly recommend!
