I’ve never had a better car experience than today. The level of professionalism and care of the entire team, but Nick was the shining star. He was incredible to work with and could not recommend him higher to anyone looking for an enjoyable experience! Nick has definitely earned a lifetime customer today.

I just purchased my very first Volvo XC60 and working with Camille M. was a seamless process. Her knowledge of the features really sold us on this vehicle. She also made the buying process easy with the online application. We were in and out of the dealership in about an hour. I love my new car!!!!
We purchased a used Volvo XC60 and had the best experience with outstanding customer support. The car was in pristine condition. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
I provided all the financial information they requested to move forward with purchasing a vehicle. They reviewed everything, called me back with financing details, and told me they would contact me shortly to finalize the deal. After providing additional information they requested, I was waiting for their call to come pick up the car.
Instead, a few hours later, they called and told me they had sold the car to someone else.
I spoke with the manager and explained that if I have already completed the financing process, provided all requested information, and is actively purchasing the vehicle, it is completely unprofessional to sell the car without giving that customer a reasonable opportunity to complete the purchase.
What makes it even worse is that they collected personal and financial information from me throughout the process, only to sell the vehicle to someone else before giving me a chance to finalize the deal.
Very disappointed with their behavior, lack of PROFESSIONALISM , and poor treatment of customers.

I’m writing this review to warn other Volvo owners about the shady, completely non-transparent pricing I just dealt with at this service department. I brought my 2022 Volvo XC90 in for a tire rotation and balance that I requested, along with a routine milestone service. When my service advisor, Desiree Bersano, handed me the repair estimate (which I've attached), the total was a ridiculous $1,818.66.
When you actually look at the itemized list, it’s a total joke. There is a line item listed as "40K Service" for $922.00. When I asked what that massive charge actually covered, she was incredibly vague and couldn't give me a straight answer. It’s basically a ghost service. What makes it even worse is that right below that $922 fee, they itemized and charged me completely separately for the actual 40k maintenance work—like the engine air filter for $99.95, the cabin air filter for $149.95, and a brake fluid exchange for $199.95.
Common sense says that if you’re charging a customer nearly a thousand dollars for a "40K package," the 40k milestone parts and labor should be included in that price. Instead, they try to charge me a massive mystery fee and then double-charge me for the individual services on top of it to inflate the bill to $1,800. This is predatory and dishonest. I won’t be bringing my vehicle back here, and I highly recommend checking your paperwork line-by-line if you take your car to this dealership.
