  This was my first time coming to this location for an oil change and the experience was amazing. I’ve never been more educated and felt more taken care of getting my car serviced than I have during my visit today. Shoutout to the manager Ash for such great customer service and her vast knowledge on my automobile. I would absolutely return to this location next time I’m in this area.

  Actually had my oil changed two days ago and discovered my oil was leaking. I wasn’t exactly happy about it so I went back to Valvoline with pictures and told them my issue. Ash, who is the manager on duty that day, listened to me, and was very polite and said that she would check into it to see what was going on. She basically said that it looked like I had a faulty filter and it could’ve been screwed on properly a little bit better.. But she took care of it and made sure it was done thoroughly Ian’s correct this time, had the filter replaced , the oil was topped off, and they even rechecked my air pressure while I was there. She even gave me a coupon for $15 off of my next visit. So I’m not giving one star for the negative experience, but given five stars for the way they handled it and presenting themselves and fixed the situation. I appreciate their professionalism, which is why I will continue to use Valvoline as my choice for an oil change..

  Got oil & filter change..had cabin filter replaced as well as new wiper blades on my 2016 gla250 mercedes benz Wipers started flopping when turned on so we drove it to mercedes of midlothian.service showed us where the wipers were not properly installed and were not made for our vehicle which was why they were flopping and had broke. Havnt contacted valvoline yet but it will cosy 412.00 plus 52.00 to fix the problem that valvoline caused.will never ever go there for services again and will be contacting them concerning this and will post results of their resolution later. I'm a 73 yr old woman living on a fixed income and have no extra money to fix a problem I didn't cause.valvoline needs to take Full accountability and refund me my money.I have receipts I paid to have wipers and arms both sides replaced the correct way

  Amazing experience! The team helped me with everything I needed and made the entire process incredibly easy. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided exceptional customer service. They worked super fast without making me feel rushed and took the time to make sure everything was taken care of properly. I really appreciated how professional, helpful, and efficient the whole team was. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had getting my car serviced. I’ll absolutely be coming back and would highly recommend this location

  I’ve been coming to this Valvoline location for my oil changes for a while now, and I always have a great experience. The guys here are always lively, friendly, and work really well together. You can tell they have a great team dynamic, which makes the whole experience quick and enjoyable. They’re also very knowledgeable and take the time to explain what they’re doing, what my vehicle needs, and why, without making me feel pressured into unnecessary services. I really appreciate that they don’t just provide great service, they make sure I actually understand what’s going on with my car. Great customer service every time, and definitely my go to for oil changes!
