  The service was fast and efficient. Prices were fair and no hidden fees or charges. Joshua and the rest of the crew were friendly and polite despite having multiple customers being serviced simultaneously.

  This was my first time at this location and I must say, I had the best overall experience. Jo and Jamie were phenomenal. I was in and out within 15 minutes and they even had my oil filter in stock. Jo also helped me reset my values on my display monitor. I’ll definitely be returning for my next oil change 🫶🏽🙌🏽🙂😁

  I went to have my oil change, which I had use them before and the one o Midlthioan. They couldn’t get my filter off cause it been put on too tight. They tried to get it off but couldn’t. They put fresh oil in but told me to go where ever I had oil changed before which were the one on Midlothian so they tried to and couldn’t. They told me to fine a place who could take it off and it cost money to do that. They didn’t offer to help pay or said I could come back for a free or couple of oil change. They treated me as if they didn’t even car. Do Not go to them. I was treated very unfair. I’ll never trust them again.

  I needed a new turn signal bulb and it wasn’t in stock on site so the technician got it sent to the store from the auto parts place down the street. Then when the blinker still wouldn’t function properly the tech got other staff involved to figure out what the problem was and get it fixed— all in all with the oil change and everything I was in and out in 30 minutes, never felt pressured to get something I didn’t need and was informed about my choices! I definitely will recommend.

  Friendly and fast—I asked if they could be done in 15 minutes. I would have come back no problem if they’d said no. But Jo told me yes, and less than 10 minutes later I had fresh oil and was on my way. The team worked together quickly and well, with conversation too. Getting the oil changed is always going to be a chore, but this experience bordered on fun (and I wasn’t late to my appointment)!
