  I went in May of this year for a state inspection left there paying over 600 dollar for a problem I had going on with my breaking system went back in June to get it fix end up paying 1000 dollar and the problem was still there then I was told by Jacob to bring it back when it was time to change my oil he knows what it is the brake line needs to be bleed I basically got stuff done that I probably didn't need at the time I will never do business with them again not worth my time or money FACT!!!!

  This is long overdue, but to put it very bluntly. They are the only shop that I've been to in rva that seemed to listen to me, not brush me off, and care. I was having engine issues with my vehicle and was nearing my warranty expiration. A previous shop scammed me and neglected my issues with said vehicle, and basically strung me around just so they can charge me here and there. Then they told me the warranty company wasn't going to do anything so they weren't going to bother which is funny because they were one of the mechanics listed under my warranty. Frustrated, I browsed my other options and Tuffy was on there. Kevin was the one to help and he listened to me, had my car dropped off that same weekend, validated every concern I had with my car, and wasn't afraid to fight for me against the warranty company to help cover issues with my car. I ended up needing a new engine completely as my old one was faulty and essentially blew, and was causing other issues with my car. He followed through and got me a new engine (it was a fight, patience, and a process but didn't once give up). I will never take my vehicle anywhere else! They listen. They care. They're fairly priced. They're honest.

  Jacob and his work family worked miracles for me... I am a long time customer and I needed so much help and they came through for me... From rides home to pickup...and I am so pleased, safe and they made an old Lady...lol feel so confident that I don't have to worry about my car... this family has my back... love you guys so much and I thank you much... these guys were my angels.. love you ❤️ Sandy

  The service was top notch. They took the time to patiently explain and recommend…not just trying to get money. Would highly recommend!
