Every time I need service done, I go to this location - especially for inspections and oil changes. Jacob up and Kevin take excellent care of my vehicles and I don’t have to worry about them. They are fair, reasonable, and willing to help.

I had a very disappointing experience with this shop after initially considering them for suspension and brake work on my vehicle.
When I first came in, the owner was helpful and professional, but my follow-up interaction over the phone was completely different. The person I spoke with was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to work with me as a customer.
I asked if I could provide my own OEM parts, which is a common and reasonable request, and was told they “no longer allow it due to insurance.” That’s fine if it’s policy, but the way it was communicated was unprofessional. I then asked if they could order OEM parts instead, and while they said yes, they pushed their preferred MasterPro parts and insisted they were “just as good,” even after I clearly stated I did not want them.
On top of that, I was quoted an additional $460 for front pads and rotors labor, which felt excessive, especially considering the rest of the work being done.
Overall, the issue wasn’t just pricing — it was the attitude and lack of willingness to respect what the customer is asking for. I ended up taking my business elsewhere to a shop that was more professional, transparent, and accommodating.
I would recommend others get multiple quotes and make sure they’re comfortable with how they’re treated before committing.
