  Amber offered great customer service. She was polite and patient while the computer froze, two people on hold and three people coming through the door. The price was reasonable.

  This is my second time going to Dyke tire attempting to get something fixed on my car and this time was also unpleasant as well. My first time I went to get an inspection and the gentleman mentioned that he couldn’t fix what was going on with my car to pass inspection due to the fact that this was his last day. I did not see how that was relevant, but he kept mentioning this his last day. It’s his last day. Then he locked my key inside of my car, which then I had to go in and unlock it for him to bring me my vehicle after he failed my inspection. Fast forward I come back to Dyke months later to get the issue fixed plus also get some work done for my struts. I mentioned to them that I would be gone for a week, so would that be plenty of time for them to get this done? They said yes they’d keep me in the loop. Every time I found out about my car I had to reach out to them.They promised multiple times to call back or let me know and never did. They said they ordered a part but didn’t order until I was back from vacation and it still wasn’t there. When I mentioned, I could just come pick up my car they said sure fine and there was no effort to get the initial situation or issue fixed. Very unhelpful from the staff. Would not recommend.

  I wished I’d read the other reviews before I decided to get two tires put on my car. I had a 10:30 appointment which I was on time at 2:30 my car is not ready. When I inquired about what the holdup was, they only had one tire on and was told buy the young lady at the desk that she couldn’t make the technician work any faster than they wanted to. Needless to say I’ll never come here again. When it was DykeTire I never had this issue.

  Went in for suspension diagnostic. Told us we needed four new tires, but we purchased tires YESTERDAY. Horrible diagnostic skills.
