- JCJulia CountsSep 16, 20261.0When it was Dyke tire and even when they first switched to tire discounters the service was great but the past few times it has been terrible trying to get work done in a timely manner and the communication is sub par at best. We were told do a Sunday night drop off for a coolant leak to be repaired, when we hadn’t heard back end of day Monday we called it hadn’t been looked at. On Tuesday we were told it was a hose that needed replacing didn’t hear back so called again in the evening we were told the part didn’t get delivered so it would be another day. On Wednesday we hadn’t heard anything by 4 so we called again and they couldn’t tell us if it would be done or not that day and turns out it was still not done. Everything is blamed on people being out and parts taking longer to come in but the fact that we are seeking out updates is one of the biggest issues. Every visit we have had with them recently turns into a multi day experience of being without a car. I can no longer recommend this location in confidence.
- RBRaleigh BurgerSep 8, 20261.0Don’t even bother making appointment for anything. They can’t keep track of their own employees enough to do the service that you’ve booked an appointment for. Low class service all around.
