I wished I’d read the other reviews before I decided to get two tires put on my car. I had a 10:30 appointment which I was on time at 2:30 my car is not ready. When I inquired about what the holdup was, they only had one tire on and was told buy the young lady at the desk that she couldn’t make the technician work any faster than they wanted to. Needless to say I’ll never come here again. When it was DykeTire I never had this issue.

Went in for suspension diagnostic. Told us we needed four new tires, but we purchased tires YESTERDAY.
Horrible diagnostic skills.

Easily the worst experience i’ve had at a car shop let alone anywhere else i’ve been. So bad that this is my first time even leaving a review. If you’re thinking about coming here please just read the recent reviews since this placed has switched ownership. I got 4 new tires put on and they screwed up the alignment. My steering wheel is now cocked left to drive straight and when i straighten wheel my truck veers right. Also when driving 60mph+ my truck rattles pretty bad. Took it back yesterday at 11am and was told they aren’t busy and it’d be fixed by EOD. 5:30pm rolls around and not even a courtesy call or anything from them to let me know they need to keep it overnight. They call me at 10am the next day to say “we fixed it a little and is ready”… Picked it up with low hopes and it’s still not fixed and honestly believe it’s cocked even more to the left than when i brought it in the 2nd time! Such a bad experience i gave up and took it to another shop. The other shop corrected it in less than an hour and said my new tires were unbalanced which caused the rattling at 60mph+.
All around huge waste of time and money. Not a single person in ‘Dyke Tire’ or whatever new name they have was helpful or pleasant to deal with.

If I could give a 1/4 star I would. Very poor service. Went in for several issues. One tire was loosing pressure, alignment, pressure sensor not working and new tires. They did not look at either pressure issue, the alignment "was done" but the before and after were basically the same and several items still in the red. Was told by the tech that he adjusted but could not do any more. I felt so uncomfortable about the service that I took my vehicle to a different shop the next morning for an alignment and they were able to make all of the necessary adjustments. Not only were they able to do the alignment correctly but also found the issue with the tire loosing air. Took them less than 4 minutes to find a cracked wheel. Went back to tire discounters and shared my experience. One of the managers even said that they had an issue with the tech not doing an alignment but said he did. At that point they finally checked the pressure sensor and found it was not working at all. I refused to spend any more time or money with them. Wasted far too much time with this place. Won't go back. There are far better places just across the way.

Well I was going to have my Mercedes back 2 tires replaced here, but after what my daughter went thru to have 2 tires replaced on her BMW, I think I'm going to the dealer. The car was not aligned when she went to pick it up the following day. She had to wait another 1 1/2 hours for it to be done. She drove away and noticed they did not inflate the tires so she drove back. After they inflated them she left.
When she was driving she saw the tires were inflated to 60 (2x recommended psi). She went to the gas station on 3 Chopt and Patterson. Tire Discounters had put 60 lbs in each tire!! It's limit is 30 something. The gas station had to deflate the excess air in the tires. When she returned home she realized she did not get the alignment paperwork. I drove back to Tire Discounters for the paperwork. Well, the printer was not working??? Not sure when we will get that information. Very bad experience all around. Yes, they apologized, but almost everything that could be done wrong was. I do have to add that Corbin was very nice and is working on my issue(s)
