  I know Lexus honor their word. They brought my car back that I was having problems with. I purchased the car from another dearlership. It was a lexus. I didn't have any hardship with Lexus. I purchased another lexus this time from the dealership Anthony R.that work at Lexus in Richmond Virginia sold me a nice Lexus with less mileage. I am very please. Hurray!!!

  We took our new-to-us Lexus SC430 for service for a timing belt and water pump. Very happy with the experience. Harry Whittington was our service advisor. We were impressed with his knowledge of the car andhis recommendations. The facility was very nice clean and rveryone was very professional. The price was as quoted with no surprises. We will return for other services.

  My husband and I recently leased a TX from Lexus and worked with Chris Ahrens. He was knowledgeable, professional, attentive and patient as we weighed out all of our options. What stood out most was him and his team's commitment to excellent customer service - they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and confident with this purchase, and even followed up afterward to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend Chris and his team for any of your Lexus needs!

  We had an appointment for two things, 5K check up and replacement of a cracked windshield. The car was dropped off, as instructed by 8am on Tuesday 6/9 so that both services could be performed. We received a call from the glass company that a Kevin at Sheehy forgot to order the windshield. We were told that the work would be completed on 6/11 we couldn't get in touch with anyone on 6/11 so we drove the loaner to the shop and were then informed that our 2025 RX350 had a recall which we never received any notice of by Lexus/Toyota so the car had to remain until Friday BTW our service tech, Harry was only there on Tuesday when we checked in. After many conversations I spoke to Jeff Coker the service mgr.who apologized for this and offered us a complimentary 10k (warranty)and 15k full service. And why weren't we informed by Lexus? Marie who filled in for Harry was excellent!

  I had an excellent experience with Sheehy Lexus of Richmond service department. I called to schedule an appointment and was pleasantly surprised that they were able to fit me in the same day. From start to finish, the communication was outstanding. They kept me informed every step of the way, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. One of the coolest features was receiving a link that allow me to see when my car was brought into the service area, along with the service being performed. Such a great touch! The waiting lounge was also very comfortable with a nice selection of beverages and snacks, which made the wait much more enjoyable. To top it off they washed my car before returning it. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for efficient, transparent, and great customer service-focused car service.
