I’ve been to this service department at least four different times, and unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing. Each time, I’ve dealt with different service advisors who came across as short, rude, and annoyed to be doing their jobs or interacting with customers. Customer service matters, and repeatedly feeling like an inconvenience is frustrating.
On top of that, the automated service appointment system never seems to communicate properly with the department. Every visit has involved confusion when I arrive and explain that I already have an appointment.
Most recently, they repaired my compressor, which I appreciate. I also asked them to inspect one of the grille lights on my Roush that had a bulb out. We were informed that it was not just a bulb issue and that the entire harness would need to be replaced and ordered from Roush, so we chose not to move forward with that repair at this time.
However, when the vehicle was returned, the grille light had been taped into place and was left dangling/loosely secured. We were told they “found it that way,” but that is not accurate based on the condition it was in before service. My concern is that something may have happened during the inspection, possibly involving a mounting peg, and if so, that should have been clearly communicated rather than returned in that condition with limited explanation.
I don’t leave reviews lightly, but after multiple poor experiences, I felt it was important to share. Professionalism, communication, and overall customer service need significant improvement.
Dropped off a truck for 2 tires and an alignment with an appointment at 8:15 am didnt get my truck back until 4 pm. Supposed to be $250 a tire but tried to charge me $1200. New tires were dirty. Alignment was fine, woke up in the morning to a serious flat. Coordination 👎 communication 👎 quality 👎 customer service 👎

I truly cannot give this place enough 1 star reviews. This is honestly the most incompetent branch of an auto dealer that I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life and it’s not even close. I took my truck for “the works” package 100k mileage maintenance on 04.27.2026. My radiator fluid is bone dry. I’ll check the oil tomorrow but i can guarantee it wasn’t serviced! I can’t wait for the service director or finance director to call me with a condescending and disrespectful attitude/tone for the 3rd or 4th time because I constantly review these horrible experiences. If you’re reading this, i truly cannot warn you enough about the atrocities that this service center and all dealers associated will put you through. I’ve owned my vehicle for 2 years now (used blue certified or whatever they call it woohoo!) and it’s blatantly been the worst experience. Im exhausted. Sheehy Ford should be ashamed of themselves. Life is difficult as it is and it’s almost like they’re in their offices spinning a wheel and placing bets on how they could make it worse. Good luck to all of you hard working “customers” that are just a dollar sign to them. Especially the elderly. Attached proof of my invoice for the skeptics. Godspeed.
After leaving my car with Sheehy Ford for a week to have routine service and factory recall work performed, I arrived to find an attendant sleeping at the counter in the service department (2 other team members were also present but awake). After paying the bill, my car was brought around and I discovered not all of the work had been performed. I was told they didn't have the needed parts, so I now have to have another service visit. It wasn't a good first experience with Sheehy Ford.
I took my truck there after having purchased it a month and a half ago. The third time my wife tried to use the sunroof it jammed open. The shop told us they looked at it and it would cost us 6,000 dollars to repair!!!! Mind you I just bought it less than 2 months ago. They had my truck for a week. I picked it up and the plastic and tape were still in place as I had it applied when I brought it in to them. I took my truck to another shop and they fixed it. Sheehy said the motors were bad but that was not true. They worked fine. It was just a piece of the plastic rail had jammed the gears. The shop I took my truck to replaced the railing section (50 dollars plus labor).
Also I was promised a key fob when I bought the truck and they have yet to deliver. I get a different excuse every time I check on it. I would not recommend anyone to this ford location.
