  Our salesperson Josh at Sheehy on Midlothian was fantastic and the finance department as well. Never felt pressured and that was a relief compared to other dealerships. Never thought I would buy a ford but I’m truly happy with my purchase and the service we received. Sheehy will be our first stop when we are in the market again.

  Sophie is amazing, she listened to our needs and got us what we wanted with no extra chit chat, sales BS or games. They do need to work on their QC, my truck had a substance on it which ate through the clearcoat, not sure how that happens if trucks are checked when taken off delivery truck. To Sheehy’s credit, they are fixing it very quickly. Would I buy there again, yes. Would I request Sophie, yes. Things happen but QC on a $90k truck has just got to be done when it hits the lot. Also, the detailers who clean it before you drive away need to try harder and do better.

From the moment I walked in, Josh was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle rather than simply making a sale. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain my options, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Buying a car can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Josh made it easy. His communication was excellent, he was transparent throughout the process, and he went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with my decision.   The service center is amazing. The people who work there are super friendly, and customer service is on point. They're always really knowledgeable when we have questions, and they offer alternatives if we're unsure of whether we want to fix a problem ourselves or have them do it. They try to get us in and out as fast as possible, too, since we generally wait for our car there. However, we most recently needed transmission work done on our car, and had to leave it with them for a while. They still finished that service faster than estimated. Our car hasn't ever run as well as it does now; we were extremely impressed by the difference! I highly recommend them!
