  I was concerned because my windshield is pretty complex, with cameras and rain sensors that need to be correctly calibrated to ensure the car's safety features work properly. Caleb was perfect. It took him an hour and a half to replace the windshield and recalibrate everything. Everything seemed to work perfectly afterward. I have not yet driven the car in rain, so the automatic windshield wipers have not yet been tested, but I expect them to work properly as well.

  I paid for a new windshield ($254.13) + Wiper Blades ($69.98) + Safelite Rain Repel Treatment ($44.99) on July 23, 2026. With bundle discount and taxes, it came to $305. The technician arrived on July 24, 2026 and replaced my windshield. When he notified me that the work was complete, I asked him if he had done the wiper blades and glass treatment. He told me that he changed the wiper blades, but he didn't do the Safelite Rain Repel Treatment because they didn't have the product in their warehouse. He told me they would issue a refund for the rain repel treatment. As of 6 days later, I hadn't seen a credit on my credit card, so I called Safelite customer service. They told me that the issue would have to be corrected by the local office and they would forward an email to them and they would get in touch with me. The local office called me later that day (July 30?) and told me they that because I had paid in advance, they would have to issue me a full refund and then bill me for the correct amount. That was 9 days ago and they still haven't received a refund for the Safelite Rain Repel Treatment that I paid for.

  Made an appointment with safelite for a Monday. I guess they overbooked and messaged me that evening to let me know they could not make it that day and that I had to schedule a new appointment. So they canceled my appointment and did nothing to try and get to my car as soon as they could since they messed up scheduling. Now next appointment is Thursday. Hopefully they don’t overbook that one as well. I will definitely not be using safelite again. Complete lack of customer service so far.

  The technician that came out to replace my window could not do the calibration because he broke something. Had to go into the shop because the window had to be replaced again and still didn't get the cover on the window replaced that was broken. After all of that I was charged $100 deductible twice. Can't get anyone at the Rosedale location to answer the phone for 4 days.

  Such a waste of my time! I've given safelite 2 opportunities to fix my Glass and these clown technicians you keep sending out cannot complete a service. I aligned everyone's schedule to have this service done at a dealership as you requested!! And you technician refused to complete the glass replacement!! This is absolutely crazy! So now I'm stuck with a vehicle that has a broken windshield even longer, This is a safety issue. I will not be giving you a 3rd opportunity to waste my time. .. Save yourself the headache and inconveniences, choose a different shop.
