- LKlily kirwin1 day ago1.0was scheduled incorrectly, had to reschedule and come back, they then installed a warped windshield, will have to return again for the 3rd time and am stuck driving with distortions for nearly a week.

Installer was overbooked by Safelite so he was a bit late to arrive, but once here he wasted no time getting job done. Windshield caulk/sealer, trim, inside mirror removed & reinstalled with no issues.

The appointment setting was great, friendly, and the technician (Nathaniel) was so pleasant to talk to. He did a great job (on-site at my job), moved my car for me, found pens that had rolled down, it was just a wonderful experience all around!

No further attempts to contact me were made and when I reached out, it took 45mins of hold time to be lied to by a “manager”. Was told I’d be 1st call for the following schedule date due to my schedule now being less accommodating, but apparently the tech whom was suppose to be replacing my glass didn’t get the memo. Overall horrible all across the board. Will never look to use their service in the future.
