  This branch is usually the only one I use for my trucking needs. Fast, easily and they go out their way to make sure I’m well taken care of. I own a vending machine business and I moved machines a lot. They always take care of my needs. Also thank you to Patrick for his amazing customer service. He went over and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you to the staff there

  On Wednesday, we reserved a 2-room capacity truck and furniture pads for Saturday rental. Went to pick up the reserved truck and were told AFTER PAYING that neither truck nor pads were available - but we could have a 1-room capacity van instead. We declined and asked for refund. Full amount was not finally refunded until AFTER we had to contact the “Area Supervisor.” If you want to get what you reserved, rent from another company. I would give a zero star rating if that were an option.
