There is not a single more dishonest false dealing business in existence. If you have ANY OTHER OPTION DO NOT USE PENSKE. Many times they will simply not deliver on reservations. If having the truck you reserve means anything or is in any way important DO NOT USE PENSKE!!

On Wednesday, we reserved a 2-room capacity truck and furniture pads for Saturday rental. Went to pick up the reserved truck and were told AFTER PAYING that neither truck nor pads were available - but we could have a 1-room capacity van instead. We declined and asked for refund. Full amount was not finally refunded until AFTER we had to contact the “Area Supervisor.” If you want to get what you reserved, rent from another company. I would give a zero star rating if that were an option.
