  Drove to the dealership yesterday just to put eyes on a vehicle we have been eyeing for a few years, talked to a salesman named George outside (he even let us sit in the car!) we arrived after business hours so we told him we'd be back today 10/12 to purchase the car. George was in contact with my husband during the day we told him we would be there around 5pm we pull into the dealership to be told the car is being test driven at the moment and not to worry because the people weren't going to buy it. Ha, what a joke. Completely insane to spend an hour and a half travel time to just have the car you were told would have a sold sign on it for you to buy be bought RIGHT OUT FROM UNDER YOU. Lesson learned! Stay away from Mike Smith & company

  DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! Mike Smith the GM is very unprofessional and doesn't care about potential customers, karma is real and I pray I deter some people from padding his pockets. George Vie the salesman is the same way. Went by on a Sunday to lock eyes on a vehicle and told George I'd be back the very next day to purchase the vehicle. He said he would put a sold sign on the vehicle, HE DID NOT NOR DID THE GM HONOR THIS AGREEMENT. They let someone come in and buy the vehicle while I was in the showroom trying to get an explanation of the buffoonery I just went through. Stay far away from here. We were in contact the whole day and was told DON'T WORRY IT'S YOURS. What an absolute joke of an establishment. Multiple instances of this on the reviews....

  I purchased my first Mazda in 2019 from Pearson Mazda and go there for all of my service needs. They provide exceptional service, have a clean waiting area, and offer loaner cars. Kathy their service underwriter has been there for a number of years and provides top notch service. Highly recommend for a trusted service department.

  My CX-5 was in last week for 5K mile review, oil change, tire rotation and asked to check tire pressure. Checked my tire pressure this morning and highest PSI was 28; other 3 tires were 26 and 27. Obviously, tire pressure wasn’t checked and now I’m doubtful if the tires were rotated. I have my own air compressor so no problem filling the tires to the recommended 35 PSI, but the experience was disappointing.

  I ended up looking over a bunch of cars and trucks at different dealerships who were not really interested in working with me or didn’t show any interest in helping me out, I ended up looking at Pearson Mazda for a 19 tacoma they had and they worked with me and took my trade in aswell good truck so far I’ll see down the road how long it will last but I’ve got a good feeling about it!
