    The guys at Pearson Mazda are the absolute best. This was my second time purchasing a car with them. They treat you like family and want to make sure you leave there happy. They worked to meet all of my requests and even sat in the car with me for an hour getting my system updated and connected to my phone. I couldn’t be happier with their services. They also gave me an amazing offer on my car I was trading in, in order to maintain my business. Everything went smoothly and I was in and out within a few hours with my new car all set up for me. When in doubt ALWAYS call the guys Pearson Mazda.

    Everyone is so professional at this location. They are thorough, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. From the sales team, specifically Joseph, to the maintenance crew, they are all top notch. Will not service my car anywhere else.

    UPDATE: After I left this review (two weeks ago) the manager called me and asked what he could do to make this right. He then told me he’d get right back to me and call me back. He never called me back and I was left hanging. Quite disappointing. Terrible experience - wasted my time. I was quoted $169 for a service and upon arrival they told me the price was $689 due to the model of my car. They were well aware of what kind of car I had before I arrived (I was asked on the phone when making the appointment and then I was quoted $169. My appointment paperwork at the dealership also had my car correctly listed when I arrived.) Doesn’t make sense. Nothing was done to make it right on their end either. Disappointing.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently purchased my second Mazda from Pearson Mazda, and this experience was outstanding. My first visit in 2023 wasn’t the best from a customer service standpoint, but this time was completely different. From my initial phone call with Peter, I felt valued. He was professional, knowledgeable, and focused on meeting my needs rather than just making a sale. When I arrived, the vehicle was ready for a test drive, the financing exceeded my expectations, and the entire process was quick and seamless. There were no hidden surprises, gimmicks, or pressure tactics. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, everything was ready to go, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I traded in my 2023 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition and drove away in a brand-new Mazda CX-90 that I absolutely love. Special thanks to Peter in Sales and Mike in Finance for providing exceptional service. If you’re looking for a great vehicle and a hassle-free buying experience, I highly recommend Pearson Mazda! 🚗✨

    Kathy and Jud were a pleasure to deal with regarding the repair of my 2020 CX5 which became disabled after running over a large block on I64 near Richmond. Kathy kept us informed and offered us a loaner. Though the car is finally back closer to where we live, we are waiting on a small bumper fix at the body shop. We received our repaired CX5 yesterday and drove it almost all day. So far so good. No complaints. We love this car and hope to continue to drive it for years to come. We cannot say enough about how grateful we are to Jud and Kathy at Pearson Mazda in Richmond, our insurance agent, Courtney Owens and Dave and Kenny at Caliber Collision in Williamsburg for circumventing all of the delays and incompetence of our claims handler and assigned insurance adjuster. The 3 month nightmare is finally over! Do not hesitate to use Pearson Mazda. They are good people!
