  I had a really lovely experience at NTB today, brought my car in for a tire repair and they quickly identified a pesky nail in my tire and fixed with no problems at all. Was also able to repair my front brake pads the same day just in time for my car inspection. Mike, Rohan, and Chank were all very informative while being very kind too. The team kept me informed of each step along the way, and showed me the nail, the repaired tire, the worn brake pads and the new ones. No one was pushy at all or recommended a ton of extra services. I just hung out in the lounge area and had a great time. I’m always having trouble with my tires due to pot holes or nails in my back alley, so I’m definitely going to be coming back here in the future!

  Service here is always awesome and I enjoy working with chang. He always provides top notch service and very knowledgeable and explains his self very well. Hands down the best I ever delt with .

  Came in with a very pesky issue with my hood latch, the guys working were more than happy to take a look and find a solution. After many plans and some long-winded prying and turning, they were able to open the hood and help me reattach the hood release. All the guys put in an extraordinary effort to help and didn’t ask for anything in return. Future repeat customer secured.

  On Thursday April 30th, 2026, I went to the NTB store at 5890 Brook Road in Henrico County after spending 3 or 4 hours trying to get a 15 x 6.00-6 lawn mower tire to inflate on the rim. Everyone knows how frustrating this experience can be. I had called ahead and the guys, Rohan and Chank, said they would be open. It was around 7:15 p.m. when I walked in. I was immediately acknowledged even though other customers were in front of me and the guys said they would be with me in a moment. I handed over the nightmare and they said "No problem". 4 minutes later, the job was done and given back to me with a smile. With a few nice gestures and timely work, these guys have earned themselves a new customer. I can't thank them enough, and I will be surely bringing them additional work on my automobiles in the future and recommending them to others!

  Had a flat tire that needed replacing and was told to come to this location by another NTB store down the road that was unable to fit me last minute on a Sunday afternoon. I’m so grateful that I ran into Mike and his great staff here. They were extremely friendly, thorough and knowledgeable in their work. They went well above and beyond what I expected and what was required to get me back on the road. These guys were nothing short of amazing to try and get me back on the road. I’d highly recommend this location and honestly any NTB location as the first one I stopped at with Patrick where he called around to see who had an opening on a Sunday afternoon.
