  The staff at this location are really insensitive and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable the entire time I was there. If you're a woman, especially a woman of color, these guys will be relatively fine to your face, but racist and misogynistic behind your back, thinking that you can't hear, but you very well can. When I went, the guy at the front desk got my information and keys then stared open mouthed and dumbfounded, said I'm really tall for a woman, I'm 5'8 and find this comment funny, not particularly offensive. But then, he asked the expected and annoying, "where are you really from," question, pressing for my ethnicity. When I told him I'm from Richmond, he asked if I was born and raised here, I told him I was born in another state and he seemed surprised and annoyed I didn't tell him my ethnicity. I could brush this off as nothing but a common yet annoying interaction, but later, one of the technicians cat called and whistled at a woman as she walked by, making her obviously and understandably upset as she speed walked away. The technicians, including the manager, then all laughed and continued working as if it was excusable for their coworker to catcall a woman on the street. There was another woman in the office with me, and we looked at each other in disbelief and anger. That same technician then laughingly sang a racist Indian song when he saw me thinking I couldn't hear him. All of the technicians, again, laughed along and continued working. This made me incredibly uncomfortable and I would have up and left if my car wasn't actively being worked on. Even if all of the technicians don't say or do overtly racist/misogynistic things, they excuse and laugh along with the jokes of those that do. I will not come back here, and will recommend any woman and/or person of color to avoid this place.

  I was able to call in and get service the same day ! Information was given over the phone that was exceptional . While there the service was smooth . Everyone was friendly and interacted with me .

  I came in for a tire replacement and Davis (and team) got it done in an hour! He was extremely kind and made sure to show me all of the options for different prices and brands of tires. He also showed me specifically what was damaged on my tire so I understood what repairs needed to be done! Thank you!

  I had a great experience here! I took my car in Monday because it was pulling super hard and had a strange noise, it was diagnosed within an hour and the job was done the next day! Very fairly priced and super fast work which was really appreciated. Jared was great and walked me through the issue and the repairs, really nice guy and super helpful. Thank you to Jared and the whole team!

  Want to give a shout out to this NTB location for going the extra mile with customer service. After a disappointing experience at the Short Pump location, I drove to the 3000 W. Broad St. location and was taken care of immediately. I had bought tires at this location in May and needed to have the rear tires rebalanced. Figuring that I should be able to get service at any NTB given it's a national chain, I went to the Short Pump location as it is considerably closer to my home. First, I was told there would be a charge for rebalancing. That surprised me as lifetime rebalancing had always been something included when you purchase a full set of tires at NTB. Second, the sales / management rep could not access my car and tire transaction in their system. They haven't upgraded to the new system per the Mavis consolidation. I was told I would need to drive down to the W. Broad location to get a copy of the sales receipt and bring it back to the store. I was completely shocked. They told the customer to drive 12 miles to obtain a copy of a receipt when it's an issue with their system. He did call the W. Broad location and confirmed that I did buy tires from the other store but said I needed the receipt. I ended up driving the additional 12 miles and from now on I'll just go to the W. Broad location first. Once at the W. Broad location, Davis the service manager provided exceptional service and made the situation right. He was able to get my car in the garage immediately and did the rebalancing at zero cost. He also explained how the warranties had changed. Evidently, NTB has dropped the free tire balancing for life coverage. It was eliminated when Mavis bought NTB. Davis and the staff at the W. Broad location were friendly and helpful. Can't say the same for the Short Pump location.
