- DGDani GirlMay 7, 20265.0What a GEM of a repair shop. Firstly, PHIL is the man. He is extremely knowledgeable, upfront, KIND, resourceful, and patient. His team is conscientious and efficient - and also very personable. Both the other customer and myself who decided (separately) that, "no time like 7pm on a Thursday to take care of pressing matters" were attended to back to back- and Voila! Phil and his team took care of us just the same as it were there first car of the day. I normally do the work on my car so I had my oil and oil filter, and NTB didn't bat an eyelash at accommodating me. I remembered little things along the way (long day for me, too) and they never scoffed! I've not frequented a shop recently where the service person came out and spoke with me directly... My trust was won when the mechanic came out and explained what he found embedded in my tires among the other things he noticed. LADIES! I experienced ZERO sketchiness as a female presenting person - and neither did the other female presenting customer. Sheesh, as far as the overall welcoming and grounded candor in the waiting room goes, NTB might be responsible for the birth of a new friendship between myself and the other customer! Em, you rock! 😅 So THANK YOU to Phillip, his fantastic team, and NTB for literally making lives better out here, one car issue at a time. I fricking love you guys!🩷🥳
