- LCLinda ChenSep 16, 20261.0Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. I brought my car here for repairs through Progressive in April 2026. When I went to pick it up, I noticed an issue that still needed to be fixed. The shop told me the car was drivable and seemed very eager for me to take the car home so they could complete the claim/payment process with Progressive. They told me they would order the necessary replacement parts and that it would be a quick fix once the parts arrived. They also promised to call me when the parts came in. I specifically asked for written documentation of the outstanding issue and their commitment to fix it, but they were very reluctant to provide anything in writing. After that, I called twice to follow up. Each time, I was told that the parts had not arrived yet. I never received the promised call or a clear update. What concerns me most is the lack of communication and accountability. If a repair is still incomplete, the shop should document it clearly, keep the customer informed, and follow through on what was promised. Instead, I was left repeatedly following up on an issue that should have been handled professionally. Based on my experience, I am very dissatisfied with the service and would not feel comfortable trusting this shop with another repair.
- JJJamesL0909Jul 4, 20265.0They might be the best. Brought a car to them for repair after a hit and run. They did my Front Quarter panel, Front bumper, and Headlight in a week and a half. Not only was it quick I think they even washed the car and tidied up my interior. That’s some service!
