- LHLaVondrell HicksJun 24, 20241.0Dripped my truck off for compression leak and it took 2 months to get it in. Brian started working on it. Told him to skip everything he was going to do and just remove the cylinder head. He still decided he was going to do extra work on it. When the cylinder head was finally removed, it was sent to the compression shop which took another month. Asked them could they could express the work being that I was an otr driver trying to get back to work. When results came back it was said that I needed to replace the cylinder head that was something I said in the first place. Told me he was gonna find part then called me back. I found one as soon as we get off the phone. I got tired of waiting, so I said I was come back to get my truck. after that, he called me back, saying that he found a cylinder head when I went back to get my truck I walked into the shop and realize my camshaft housing has been disassembled without permission. So, I had to tow my truck back in pieces to a shop out of town. It only took them two weeks to get the work done. Seems like the company don’t care has the mechanic did the customer wrong, because he still working there as a mechanic. My truck was there for three months and will not be taking it back for any more work as long as Brian is working there. Bill was 12k and got it dropped to 3k due to extra things that was added. Don’t never tell him you’re coming back to get your vehicle, because they will do you wrong.
