I needed to get my tires rotated before getting on the highway, and was recommended to Grease Monkey. I looked online to see their hours, and called to see if I needed an appointment. No appt was needed but the hours listed were wrong I only had 30 mins to get to them before they closed, and I lived 27 mins away. I got there with less than 10 mins to spare. I must say those guys we so kind, and considerate to me. They didn't turn me away, better yet they joined together to rotate my tires, and get me out of there within 15 mins. Their exceptional customer service is why I would definitely go back, and refer others to them!! I can't remember their names but it was two of them. The dealership wanted me to pay $180, and Grease Monkey only charged $39.

I stopped by around 3 pm to drop my car off for inspection. A polite young man said they could finish my inspection on the spot since the other cars were left overnight. This greatly simplified arrangements as I am partially disabled and would need to interrupt my son’s work schedule. They took my car immediately and finished within 30 minutes. I always go to this Grease Monkey for various services for many reasons—clean waiting area, friendly staff, reasonable prices, efficient service, trust in workmanship, and overall excellent customer service. Thank you!

I’ve been to this Grease Monkey to get my oil changed at least 3 times now and have had an exceptional experience every time. They’re always so kind and personable! And even though I only requested an oil change each time, they also went above and beyond by checking my filters, fluids, and battery, wiping down my windows, and even vacuuming the floor of my car that was covered in dirt and leaves! Absolutely wonderful service.

I went in there yesterday for a simple tire rotation and came out with most of my wheels scratched, and the tire pressure light on, took the car back the following morning and didn’t even get an apology, I should’ve known better because they totaled my car a few years ago while getting it serviced too, a simple apology for their incompetence would’ve been fine, stay away from this place.
