People are nice, but what is advertised vs what is charged does not add up. Base price for the full synthetic is listed $89.99 + additional quarts but when I got my receipt the base price showed $94.99…yeah it’s just $5, but they are making a steal with the amount of people they service each day and didn’t notice. Just heard the voicemail they left me…this will likely be my last visit… any changes in price should be VERBALLY communicated to customers especially when the pricing screen shows the ORIGINAL price. I was sitting directly in front of the desk and didn’t see any signs. Changes with pricing should probably be on the screen with the rest of the pricing information…even if it’s just a piece of printer paper taped to the screen saying “$5 surcharge will be added”

I left my truck on Friday at the shop specifically to have an inspection and new tires installed. I was called to pick it up on Monday and when I was dropped off the tires had not been installed. At first I was told I would need to come back another day, despite having already arranged transportation to pick up my vehicle near closing time. After some back and forth, the shop did complete the tire installation that same day. On a separate visit for another vehicle, we experienced unnecessary delays at checkout while staff were standing around and we were left waiting without explanation. While the actual work performed was fine, the overall experience was marked by poor communication, disorganization, and avoidable inconvenience. After leaving this feedback in a review, I was contacted by the business, which made me uncomfortable as I did not request follow-up contact.

Another 5 Star Oil Change & Tire Rotation Review for these fine folks... This is the only shop that will actually follow the Alfa Romeo process of adding 5Qts of Mobil1, starting engine for 2 mins, shutdown and wait 2 more minutes to then check the Oil Guage before adding the final ~0.2 - 0.5Qts to Full. This prevents overfilling the turbo engine. Love my Grease Monkey!

I drove to Grease Monkey going southwest on Hull Street Road. The GPS had me turn light at a hotel before Courthouse Road. This brought me to the back of the building. I pulled in and instead of directing me to the front, a staff member named Jonny said just leave it and we'll drive it around. Little touches like that make the difference between good and great service. Inside, Cayce (pronounced like Casey Jones) was the cheerfully efficient "intake person" in today's jargon. No, she did not stare at me blankly and wait for me to speak, like is common these days. She's a natural for that position. Prices are fair but look for coupons as they can save you a lot of money. At this location they follow the philosophy of basketball coach John Wooden of UCLA (10 national titles, including 7 in a row) "be quick, but don't be in a hurry." Now why would you want to come to a place and sit around waiting for your car to be ready, when you can go to one of those quickie places. In those places the techs are under a lot of pressure and they can make mistakes. The following is a true story of what happened to my stepdaughter. She went to one of those 5-minute places for an oil change. Within a day all the oil drained from her engine and it was destroyed. I found out this could be caused by an incorrectly installed oil filter, but by the time I found out about it the evidence was gone. So, I recommend you go to a full-service oil change place, and this is a real good one.

Came in for a simple state inspection, was greeted warmly and felt very taken care of the entire time. :)
