  Great service today. Jeff took really good care of me and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They got me in quick, explained everything clearly, and even helped me out with a discount when I really needed it. Honest people, professional service, and I definitely appreciate the way they treated me. My Impala is running much better now. Highly recommend asking for Jeff.

  Stopped here for a quote.. ended up being $35 higher than Take5 less than 1 mile down the street. Don’t have anything good or bad to say about service. But in today’s economy, we are forced to shop around for a better price

  Watch your step leaving the building. It's NOT clearly marked it's a step down until AFTER you've already opened the door and fall down the step. I fell, dropped my toddler, rolled both my ankles, scraped my knee up, scraped toddlers face up really good. Not one person checked on us. I can barely walk today and my toddler's face looks like he was in a bar fight.

  Brace yourself for top-down incompetence. Brady is an amateurish, blundering, and abusive manager. Get your car serviced elsewhere, or at least save yourself hardship and go to the Grease Monkey by Willow Lawn. I went with my 3-year old to get an oil change. I had my card out, we were inside and outside the facility, we got the visit summary, car was pulled around -- I had every right to assume the payment was collected. Nothing to indicate otherwise (how often do you give somebody the keys to their car without paying?). After a single phone call attempt, with no accompanying voicemail, no email (though I received several promotional emails during this time as they have it on my account), Brady sent the cops to my door with a message to pay today or they would press charges. I was shocked. Then when I called to see clarify from Grease Monkey what happened, Brady used pejoratives, abusive language, screamed at me, and basically accused me of trying to steal an oil change (?) and hung up claiming he would charge me criminally. When called back I asked for the name of his supervisor, he claimed he had none. I do not believe for a second this to be true. Please keep in mind that day-of service, before leaving, I had to put a child in a car seat, get myself in, AND pull out onto Midlothian. Nobody came running after me for money. It turns out that here, you are not only expected to pay for services, you are expected to swipe your card as well. Brady will make a lazy effort at contact over something which he is at fault, call the police, then blame YOU for his dereliction and negligence. I know as well as anybody: if you want to get paid, you collect payment when services are rendered. Brady did not get the memo, and now it seems he is overwhelmed at his position and stays constantly frustrated, ready to take his mistakes out in verbal aggression towards his customers. 0/10 do not recommend this experience was awful. If you're a hardworking parent do not risk your biscuit here.

  Got me in same-day on a Saturday when I realized at the last possible minute that it was the end of the month and my car was due for an inspection. Had us in and out really quickly and were very helpful and easy to work with!
