  Staff are very friendly and responsive. I appreciate the photo documentation of findings and recommended repairs, which makes my decisions easier. The shuttle service was helpful when planning transportation and the repairs were done quickly. Would absolutely reccommend!

  After a thorough search for a reliable auto service company, I stopped by Ferbers on Midlothian. I was AMAZED at how well organized and clean the entire building was from the customer waiting area to the shop and including the well manicured parking lot and grounds. This spoke volumes to me. The friendly customer service staff greeted me with a smile and a warm welcome. They diagnosed my car and thoroughly explained all the findings, including parts that were out of specs. This let me know that they are genuinely concerned about the safety of the vehicle that their customers bring in and not just concerned with the bottom line. My car was diagnosed, repaired and picked up all in the same day. Now that's OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I know the turn around time is based on the individual issues with vehicles but the attention to getting your car back in GREAT work order the right way is KEY! This is where I take all of my cars because it's based on trust and a job well done. I implore you to call them and schedule your next repair or stop by and see for yourself! Thank you Ferbers!   Ferber's is a great place to have any mechanical work done to your vehicle. They are always friendly and professional; going out of their way to make sure everything about your experience is fantastic. Matt does a phenomenal job of running the Midlothian location. Michelle effortlessly handles all details from scheduling to parts ordering all while anticipating your every need. Scott Bruington is one of the best technicians in RVA. Whether you are driving a new Mercedes, a late model mustang or, and old diesel- powered tractor, Scott is an experienced technician with old school wisdom and the intelligence to tackle any new computerized gizmo under the hood. On top of everything else, this shop exudes honesty and integrity. They even provided a great shop recommendation for my son's car repair in Cincinnati, Ohio.

  As a woman, it can honestly feel really scary and intimidating bringing your car in for any type of service, big or small, but Ferber's Tire & Auto Service completely changed that experience for me. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel like everything is going to be alright. Matt, the manager, is absolutely amazing. He is professional, trustworthy, patient, and i’ll genuinely cares about helping people instead of making you feel pressured or confused. Michelle at the front desk is so kind, gentle, and welcoming. She truly makes you feel right at home, especially when you’re already stressed dealing with vehicle maintenance. Another thing I really appreciated is that you can make an appointment online, which makes everything so much easier and keeps you from being stuck waiting around to get helped. It’s rare to find a place that treats customers with this much honesty, respect, and compassion. If you are a woman or a VCU student looking for a mechanic you can actually trust, please give Ferber’s a try. They truly care about their customers and go above and beyond to make the experience comfortable and reassuring. Highly recommend
