I had a great experience with Ferber’s in Midlothian! I brought my truck in to have the CV joints and axles replaced, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire operation. Jennifer and the rest of the staff were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. The shop itself is exceptionally clean, organized, and impressive. You can tell they take pride in their facility and the work they do. It’s refreshing to find an automotive shop that operates at this level of professionalism. I highly recommend Ferber’s to anyone looking for quality automotive service. I’ll definitely be back!

Matt and the staff here are some of the kindest people I know. They are always willing to go above and beyond for their customers and make sure everything is taken care of properly. I would much rather bring my car to this location than to my dealership because I know the work will be done correctly and in a timely manner. Their professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail make them stand out. I highly recommend this location!

Ferber's Tire and Auto is how a car shop should be run. Their scheduling system is highly efficient, a welcome change from the usual experience of calling around and hoping someone can fit you in. I was able to book everything easily, including my state inspection, which anyone who has tried to schedule one knows is no small thing. The front desk staff are super helpful and responsive, and the shop itself is immaculate. On tires, their price beat Costco handily. I only wish I'd discovered Ferber's a long time ago. It would have saved me a lot of aggravation. They've earned a loyal customer.

5/5 Stars – Outstanding Service! I had a great experience getting an oil change and routine maintenance done here. From start to finish, the process was seamless, efficient, and professional. A special shoutout to Matt and Michelle—they were both incredible to work with. They took the time to walk me through everything, kept me updated while my car was in the shop, and made sure all my questions were answered. It’s rare to find auto shop staff who are both knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. Their COO, Kent, happened to be at the store that day and took some time to chat with me. What a great group of people! Most importantly, my car is running smoothly, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I’ll definitely be back for future maintenance and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, top-notch work!
