  Reserving the rental was quick and easy. The staff at the office was helpful and got me into my rental with hardly any wait time. The car was clean and ran well. Returning it was fast too. Very nice, friendly people at each step in the process.

  There was a communication issue with the pick up service which had me ready to cancel the rental. The staff more than apologized and offered incentives for my troubles. Understand, being a truck driver, communication and customer service is everything. I'm all over the country so from time to time I depend on Enterprise for a rental that suits whatever the situation may be. I will say and emphasize that this location in Henrico Va was more than apologetic and professional. To add to this review I will use this location again because of their efforts to value me as a customer.
