  I had asked for an upgrade as I always do. Some rental companies won’t entertain this on principle. I don’t know what principle that could be aside from greed, but not Enterprise. I had asked for a convertible if possible and though they didn’t have one, they gave me a really nice car to make up for it. Nicer than the car I regularly drive. It was nice not being punished for driving a Kia and trying to find an basic equivalent. Enterprise was all in with a wonderful customer service experience and I can’t imagine ever wanting to use another company. Thank you for making me feel valued.

  Amy Truong always makes it a point to say hello and ensure I am happy with my vehicle. Nathan also does a great job.

  I’ve been renting here regularly and always have a great experience. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, but the assistant manager Amy is wonderful - kind and composed! Love this team and highly recommend this location.

  The staff here is hit or miss. I had great experiences with some. However I had an upsetting experience with Assistant Branch Rental Manager Ms. Truong. Ms. Truong offended me by trying to enforce an obscure policy about having two phone numbers even though my rental was already "checked in." I have rented from Enterprise in multiple cities for two decades without anyone ever asking for this, including a recent rental from the same location. She made the outrageous request for the personal phone number of a friend because I am self-employed and do not have a separate work number. When this offended me, she felt offended that I was offended and chose to lose a customer. I now recommend Avis instead of Enterprise. No one at Avis has ever asked me to violate the privacy of my friends!

  This experience was extremely frustrating and raised serious concerns about unfair and potentially discriminatory treatment. Amy Truong (Branch Manager) called me at work to process a payment to extend my rental. While on the phone, my card declined due to a fraud alert. Instead of allowing me to resolve the issue, she abruptly ended the call. Within minutes, she sent an email—copying other company representatives—demanding immediate payment and stating my account would be sent to Risk Management if not resolved. This escalation felt excessive and unnecessary, especially since I was never given a chance to fix the issue. When I went into the branch, she gave me a different total than what was originally quoted and refused to use my card—even though she said she could override a technical issue. There was no attempt to help or problem-solve. I was simply told to return the vehicle. After that, my significant other tried to rent a car. Amy refused to rent to her without even asking for ID, checking her rental history, or following any normal process—just because she had been with me. My significant other has a different address, different last name, and a positive rental history. Amy stated, “Renting is a privilege and I have the right to refuse rental to anyone,” and said my significant other would still be denied even if she returned another day. The way this situation escalated so quickly, combined with the lack of communication and refusal of service without any evaluation, felt targeted, unfair, and potentially discriminatory. I would strongly caution others about renting from this location.
