  I'd like to share a special thank you to Penny, the Enterprise Branch Manager, who went above and beyond. Penny's quick support, kindness, and empathy turned a frustrating, scary situation into a more positive experience. Unfortunately, the rental car stalled out several times the day after receiving it for no apparent reason. The AAA towing company arrived within an hour of the car stalling out the last time. Penny understood and quickly resolved this, which truly meant the world.

  This branch has been amazing. Customers fail to understand that these employees are doing the best they can with the situation that is given to them, whether it’s not having vehicles available because a system over booked them, they always find a way to get customers on the road. I had a great experience so if you aren’t willing to understand that as a customer you should drive your own car. Big shout out to Amy, Penny, Rudy and the entire staff. It was joy to rent and I will be back.

  Amy is terrible. Called me at 7AM the day of my reservation to tell me they don’t have any cars available for my 9:30AM pickup. I attempted to call her back, however, due to store hours being closed, I could not get through to anybody. I called at 9 AM when they were officially open to get more information as to when I can expect to get the vehicle as I had to leave the area later that day. She said that having a reservation does not guarantee a rental. I told her I will call back in 30 minutes to an hour to see if she has anything otherwise I would need to make alternative plans. She then told me she will cancel my reservation and hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional. I tried to connect with another enterprise locally and they were not able to assist. I ended up using Avis instead. Have never rented from enterprise and do not foresee doing it in the future.

  I am loyal to Enterprise, but you never know what anything will be in a new city! The staff here is exceptional! They work hard, and always as a team, to get your needs met. Quickly too! They will see me again soon!

  Great communication and quality of vehicle! Sofia and the other employees that helped me were amazing and made my experience 10x better.
