  One of the BEST Enterprise locations in the country — and yes, I rent enough cars to have opinions. The team here is always incredibly kind, welcoming, and actually makes sure you’re taken care of from start to finish. No attitude, no drama, no feeling like you’re interrupting someone’s day just because you showed up to… rent a car. Customer service is easily 10 out of 5 stars. Every experience has been smooth, friendly, and exactly what customer service should be. Keep up the amazing work! This will absolutely continue to be my go-to Enterprise whenever I’m traveling through Richmond. See you all again soon!

  Enterprise associate Mel stayed 45 minutes after close (1:45 in the AM!!) to make sure I got a car and could finish my journey home. She didn’t know I had another 75 minutes driving ahead of me, but I’m glad I didn’t have to try to find a ride that late at night that far away. Super grateful for the above and beyond customer service.

  Convenience of placing the reservation on-line, picking up and dropping off the vehicle. Enterprise hit all the high marks with the total rental package. Ease, customer service, reliable vehicle all at a fair price.

  Everyone helping me was very nice. I thought I needed a credit card but I used my Chime Credit and it worked perfectly. They didn't have the economy vehicle I paid for so they upgraded me to something WAY BETTER. They let me pick between a Hyundai something and the 2027 Civic. As someone who's owned 4 Civics (and sister owned 1, parents currently own one each and my mom used to have an late 80s or early 90s Accord as well), you know what I picked.

  Terrible experience overall. The car they gave us broke down and would not start. The 24 hour help number scheduled a tow truck and uber for us to the nearest location. A few minutes later I got a text saying it would be over 3 hours before the tow truck would arrive. We then got word from roadside that we could leave the keys in the car and uber to the Enterprise location to pick up our new car, rather than waiting 3 plus hours there for the tow truck. I called the number given to me by the first person I talked to and confirmed with them that this was allowed and that I could proceed. When we arrived to the Enterprise location to pick up the new car, I was told that that was in fact not the case and that we had to wait for tow truck to arrive with the car before picking up the new one. We ended up having to wait over 5 hours before being able to get a new car. Horrible experience and would never recommend
