- JPJessica Pi6 days ago1.0We reserved a car online for a 9:30am pick up. We got a call about 8:45 and said it wouldn’t be ready till 11am. We’re in a crunch and had a funeral to attend. They didn’t even try to find a solution. Enterprise is horrible

I requested a 15 passenger Ford Transit Van or something similar…these ppl gave me a 2026 Mercedes Sprinter that took DIESEL gas like what!! Mind you, it was NOT told to me that it took diesel gas cause had it been, I would’ve left it right where it was! I was already maybe 3hrs into my trip when I found out about the diesel! Another issue was the seats were dirty and it had ants in the very back of the van! It was a horrible experience and I have contacted corporate to see what they can do about my issue!
