    My husband reserved a vehicle a month in advance from Enterprise for May 9. Reservation no. 71532951. A Tahoe for granddaughter's prom. He goes to Enterprise and no Tahoe, no car of any kind, no horse and buggy, nothing was available. She will not be in 12th grade again, go to her prom again, etc. Last weekend, we were celebrating teachers, nurses, moms, grads, etc. There were no other places to check for rentals. Enterprise really let us down. We have rented from them many times in the past. No one followed up to say they were sorry, and this is what happened, etc. I hope no one ever experiences this when you need a rental for an event and you've reserved it a month in advance.

    CJ was very professional and answered all our inquiries when we picked up the vehicle. Robert was excellent at keeping us up-to-date and informed with what was going on with the return date. For context, the rental was through our insurance company. Robert & CJ helped make it a flawless experience, thank you both so much!
