Absolutely awful. The assistant gm BO (his nickname) was terrible at providing customer service. He was taking phone calls while helping me and his manager had to tell him to prioritize me lol but I kept saying no additions and he would not stop trying to add to my service, tried to overcharge me on my rental even know I knew how much I was paying and didn’t tell me about the deposit till after the car was checked, paperwork was signed and door was open for the keys to be given to me lol and then as I was about to pay for it he decides he does not want to give me the car anymore. LOL. Called corporate and got compensated somewhere else. Don’t even attempt to go here IT IS NOT WORTH IT.

Last month due to a miscommunication with a transmission repair shop, I was stranded without a ride to work. I called the nearest enterprise and spoke with the representative who was able to get me a shuttle to their location within 20 mins and get me into a car shortly thereafter. The process was quick and easy and the staff were kind and friendly. The car was so clean and smelled amazing. I would absolutely recommend this company and specifically this location. My rental took place from 8.26.2026 through 8.29.2026

This location is just all over the place. Can't answer the phone, and when they do, they'll put you on a 45 minute hold just to never ever get back on the phone. I just wanted to ask one yes or no question!

I highly recommend running a vehicle from enterprise Rent-A-Car.
