I reserved a car almost a month in advance for pickup at 4:00 PM today. However, I received a call just two hours before my scheduled pickup, informing me that no car would be available.Given that I fly out tomorrow at 5:00 AM and need to travel from Richmond to DC, this last-minute notice has caused a great deal of stress and disruption to my plans. When I asked if I could pick up a car at any time today or if an alternative could be arranged, the representative was not only unhelpful but seemed indifferent, stating, “What am I supposed to do if there’s no car?This experience leaves me questioning the reliability of reserving a car with Enterprise. If reservations made well in advance cannot be honored, perhaps it would be best to reconsider offering this option on your website to avoid last-minute disappointments for customers. I would appreciate if this matter could be escalated and reviewed, as I believe better communication and assistance would have been reasonable in this situation.
