- YKyin kuangJun 26, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience with this Enterprise location. When I picked up the vehicle, it had less than half a tank of gas. Before returning it to Richmond Airport on June 19, I added enough fuel so that it had more gas than when I received it. Despite this, I was incorrectly charged an additional $37 refueling fee. I called Customer Service on June 19 after receiving the receipt. The representative acknowledged the mistake, assured me that the incorrect fuel charge would be refunded, and even told me I would receive compensation for the inconvenience. However, as of June 26, I had received no refund, no phone call, and no email. I called again to follow up. Instead of resolving the issue, I was transferred between multiple departments and ultimately told that I needed to contact the pickup location directly. After contacting the pickup location, I was told that only the branch manager could handle the issue, but the manager was unavailable. At every step, I was simply redirected without any resolution. Mistakes can happen, but failing to honor a promised refund and forcing customers to repeatedly chase the issue is unacceptable. I have now spent additional time and effort trying to correct an error that should never have happened in the first place. I hope Enterprise will finally honor its commitment by refunding the incorrect fuel charge and providing the compensation that was promised.
