Our salesman Owen at the Richmond location met us at the door, found several vehicles for us to look at and recommended what would suit us best, not what was more expensive. There was never any pressure or wasted time sitting around. All of the staff was friendly and our salesman answered any questions we had about the vehicle. I had been to several dealerships the days before and became very frustrated with the hidden fees and misinformation. Truly a great experience with you and I will continue to recommend Enterprise to others. And a big shout out to Owen for doing what he said he would do and making this process go so smoothly.
