  Store opened late an was given attitude about it not being opened while I was patiently waiting for the store to open. Unprofessional employee with a nasty attitude early in the morning.

  No help or care in the world !! they didn’t even want to look at my battery !! Let alone they didn’t even want to take it out and put the new one in. The manager was a lil help employee TRASH

  10 out of 10! I had an excellent experience at AutoZone Midlothian branch, thanks to Brandon and the team. I ran into an issue while returning an item because of a system problem that was preventing the refund from being processed. Brandon stayed patient, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I left satisfied. Employees like Brandon and Dede truly make a difference. I recently moved to the area and have been buying parts from this store regularly, and this experience really confirmed that I’m coming to the right place. The customer service, dedication, and willingness to help were outstanding. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for auto parts and great customer support. Huge thanks again to Brandon, Dede, and the staff for the wonderful service!

  I called the AutoZone at 5801 Midlothian Tpke (DON'T GO THERE) earlier in the day & asked if they would install a car battery if I bought it there. They said they would have to see it first - it's just a Honda CRV, so I thought it wouldn't be a problem. When I went inside, they wanted to see the car before even talking about batteries. The 1st person looked at it and went inside. Then a different guy came out, looked at it and said "we don't do that" and walked away. Really crappy customer service skills all around. So I called the AutoZone at 7222 Hull Street & asked the same question. They asked what kind of car I had, told me the 2 price options that they had, and said "bring it over, we have the batteries in stock and we'll put it in." So I took the car there, they sold me a battery, put it on a cart and took it out to install w/o ever having to "see it first." The young man who installed it was very friendly and pretty quick. In spite of needing to wait in line for service and then wait for the battery to be installed (there were 2 customers ahead of me for installations) I was out of there in about 25 minutes. WHAT A DIFFERENCE between two stores! Skip the Midlothian Tpke store and go to the AutoZone on Hull St!
