  Steven from the Service Department was extremely helpful and pleasant. My partner and I came in with an emergency breakdown situation and he handled everything with speed and care. He offered down-to-earth advice and walked us through the process of diagnosing the issue and coming up with a plan. Steven helped us get home safely. We were also offered an Uber ride and a complimentary car wash while there! 10/10 for Mr. Steven. They seemed understaffed and he worked very hard to overcome that and provide excellent service.

  I took my car to be detailed at Audi Richmond and they did a phenomenal job! My beautiful Audi A3 convertible looks brand new and I feel like 1 million bucks driving it. Customer service is always A+, the lounge has great snacks and beverages available, they even gave my dog locally made dog treats with Audi logos on them! The only thing that would’ve made my experience better would be an on-site all day Spa. Thanks, Audi Richmond!

  I have never had such an amazing experience buying a car!! Everyone from our salesman (Mike Fetty) to the finance department to the General Manager to the tech department was absolutely incredible. I can’t say enough about this dealership. Mike was so pleasant and personable. He is extremely knowledgeable and informative. They even did a reveal of my car and presented it with a big red bow. They made me feel so special. I still have a huge smile on my face when I think about it. I’ve never owned an Audi, but now, I’ll probably never buy anything but an Audi. The car is incredible. I could go on and on. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, this dealership is a must. Don’t waste your time anywhere else. Thank you so much to all the staff!!!!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience at Audi Richmond this past weekend, largely thanks to my service advisor, Jay Jones. I initially came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation, but during the inspection, I learned that I also needed new front brakes and rotors. What could have easily been a frustrating and unexpected service visit was made much easier by Jay’s professionalism, kindness, and exceptional customer service. He kept me informed throughout the process, was patient in answering my questions, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had a positive experience. He went above and beyond throughout my visit, and I really appreciated the level of care and consideration he showed. Unexpected repairs are never fun, but the way you’re treated makes a huge difference. Jay was personable, attentive, and incredibly helpful from beginning to end. He is an excellent representative of Audi Richmond, and I would absolutely recommend asking for him if you’re bringing your vehicle in for service.

  I was very impressed with the staff at Audi Richmond. Thank you for Al Hall and Vince Gibson. Not just for your help in helping me choose a car that fit me and my budget. I was given compassion and not seen as a number. Kris with the tech team I appreciate the time you took to help me with learning my new vehicle. I never before purchased a vehicle and was given the opportunity to feel as though the representatives of the car dealership took it upon themselves to give this type of dedication to me. The customer. Even with follow up calls and texts messages. Let me not forget that I left the dealership with gifts!!! Thank you. You are awesome in my book.
