  I had an excellent experience at Audi Richmond. From the moment I arrived, I received friendly, professional, and respectful service. Jay Jones explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Although I don’t speak English, they went out of their way to make sure I understood everything by finding someone who could speak Spanish to translate and assist me. I truly appreciated that extra effort, and it made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The service was efficient, organized, and gave me great confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. I highly recommend Audi Richmond to anyone looking for outstanding customer service. Thank you for such a great experience!

  I was at your place on Monday morning at 9:30. Now I feel bad that I forgot the name of the young man who served me. Please give him a raise. He was so informative about the service my wife, Patricia, paid for. No one ever explained the Audi A6 plan the way he did. I said to him I love simple conversations that make sense. Patricia Brady and I were so pleased with his service. Thank you. Don't forget his raise

  Audi at Short Pump Richmond, Virginia is the best!! couple days ago I had appointment at 10 AM arrived at 930. They accepted me earlier finish fixed all issues on the time wash my car have me out of the door less than an hour and a half I’m very happy with them. All stuff is very professional very clean everything on timed. this is my second purchase from this shop strongly. recommend

  Chris Alston in the service department at Audi Richmond provided outstanding service. He was professional, transparent, and friendly, kept me informed throughout the process, and made everything quick and stress-free. I really appreciated that they were able to fix my car without me having to take it to a body shop. The customer lounge was also excellent! Comfortable, well stocked with snacks and coffee, and equipped with a great workspace that let me get a lot done while I waited! Highly recommend!

  This location was the best place to get a new car. It was a hassle free no pressure very friendly atmosphere. The sales person was a wonderful and great energy individual name Brea. She was knowledgeable of her product and very helpful with questions that we had. Our test drive was also well informed as she accompanied us to give my wife all the information and ride along tutorials of the vehicles technology. I would definitely recommend going to Richmond Audi if that’s what you’re looking for. Thank you Richmond Audi and Brea you’re the best my wife loves her Q5. On 6-26 had my Q7 serviced and was a great experience and wonderful service department, thank you Trevor for your help in making it a smooth and enjoyable experience.
