  At AppTire, we know good, honest work when we see it, which is why one of our team members wanted to share this experience with Allen Tire. He recently brought his personal truck in for a rear brake job, parts he supplied himself, and the whole experience made their shops his go to spot for all future work. Ann, Buddy, Dave and the rest of the team run a tight, efficient operation, but nothing about it feels rushed or impersonal. They knew every customer who walked through the door by name and gave each one a complete, knowledgeable rundown of what was going on with their vehicle. When Dave walked him through the invoice, the level of detail actually made the pricing feel honest, not like he was being upcharged for something he didn't need. They also flagged a caliper that's starting to wear and will need attention down the road. Instead of pushing for a fix that day, Dave gave him a straight answer on the real timeline before it becomes an actual problem. That kind of honesty is rare, and it's exactly why we're happy to recommend them. It's clear the Allen family invests in their people. Every tech is ASE certified at minimum, a credential that verifies they're actually qualified to do the work, so you know exactly who's working on your vehicle. The shop itself is clean, and small touches like their new key drop boxes, programmed for each customer right when the appointment is booked, show they think about the details that make a repeat customer's life easier. Highly recommend Allen Tire to anyone looking for a shop that treats you like a person and does the work right the first time. From one business in this industry to another, this is exactly the standard we love to see other businesses set for customer service.

  Just giving Ann at the front desk a shout out for being sweet as pie when I called to see if they could fit me in today for an alignment. Kindness goes such a long way. Would definitely recommend

  Called to set appt for my suburban, I need a few repairs. Ann was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and thorough in answering all of my questions and explaining the process. If the work they do is as excellent as Ann's customer service on the phone, I've no doubt I will continue to use them. Great first impression!

  I have been a customer since the late 1990's. They have serviced ALL my vehicles. From new under warranty, to new-used family vehicles, as well as my beloved F-150...only Allen Tire is acceptable. Being a certified car cate center, my warranty is always covered. If you took a manual from A to Z they have serviced from simple to complicated and even some simple body work. Prices are fair, never inflated and they get the job done. I cannot imagine using any other auto repair service. It helps too that they are a great tire store. One stop care care and you're back on the road, happy and safe. A+, no question.
