  We had a very easy checkin even though we had a late arriving flight. Sherri the agent who checked us out that evening was THEE BEST even though it was almost midnight!!! The young man who got our car was wonderful also. They both had EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!

  Recent reserved a car with another company for my daughter's prom, pain in full online and the car was not available on the day of prom. The company had no cars. When to Almo and they got me in a nice vehicle in no time. Got home and my daughter didn't like the color I picked. Called the 1800 number and the agent said I would not be able to swap. Took a leap of faith and when back to Almo and the manager Jess helped me swap for another color in less than 5 mins. She was so understanding, professional and helpful. She really saved the day. I dont care about cost just keep your word and treat me like you value my business. Jess did that today and it meant the world to me and my daughter. She will be able to go to the prom happy.

  I travel often to Virginia and Florida. Alamo's "Skip the Counter" option makes pick up and drop off quick and easy. Plus, there is always one vehicle with a special rate that makes my car rental booking fit my budget. Lastly, their on-site agents are so helpful and friendly. Alamo is my go-to for car rentals.

  I will never rent a car from Alamo ever again!!! When I returned my rental, the agent claimed that she spotted cigarette ash on the outside of the rear window. After I told her that I didn’t do that. She said that she would take care of it and not charge me only find that after I got on my flight home. She dinged my card for $200!!!

  Beacon of light on a bad day. One of those trips when everything was going wrong, but when I got to Alamo it was like the day changed. I was through line in 3 minutes, in my car in another 3 minutes, and on my way. And everyone during the process was great. The Front Counter clerk was sweet, the lot attendant walked us right up to the car, and even the attendant at the security exit gave my daughter some Starbursts. It reset the whole day from there to be a positive experience. THANKS to an excellent staff!!
