- DHDaniel Hansen1 day ago1.0I do not recommend this store based on the employees guy did not even act like he knew how to read a battery tester screen. Question me why? I thought I needed the battery while he was testing it.When it only showed on his test 9 V and had to ask him , for the results , it just went downhill from that point between the three employees that was working. walked out while the car was broke down at their store , and I had to go to walmart to buy a battery i know that don't make sense. So it was my daughter's car, with dead battery and I had to drive up there to help her. That's why I was able to drive 2 vehicles terrible. Staff there , go to rockville , if you want to be treated humane and need help

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
