  I’ve been going to Three Cees for nearly 4 years and have found the car wash and interior clean to be good value especially for a family car with kids. However, I went today and the water they clean with smells like sewer water and my car absolutely stinks. I checked with my neighbors and apparently this has been going on for weeks. Would avoid until they fix this problem.

  Stopped by Three Cees today for an oil change and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The waiting area was cool and comfortable (the AC was much appreciated), and they even had the FIFA Club World Cup on the TV with the volume set just right—easy to enjoy without it being distracting. The prices were very fair, they explained everything clearly, and everyone had a smile on their face. It’s refreshing to find an honest shop that treats customers well. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.

  Excellent job consistently! Moe runs a tight ship. His crew is thorough and professional. They don't cut corners. If there's stubborn dirt, they don't stop until they get it right without any prompting.

  On Sunday, I called to ask about the membership pricing for two cars and was told it would be $65 for the first car and $60 for the second. Today, I went to the location in the afternoon to purchase it, and from the very beginning, the woman assisting me seemed completely predisposed to provide poor customer service. When I mentioned the information I had been given over the phone, she responded very rudely and started asking who I had spoken to whether it was a man, woman, Asian, African, American, or Hispanic, literally. I honestly do not understand what any of that had to do with the pricing information I received. Whether the information was correct or not, she could have simply checked with a supervisor instead of taking out her frustration on a customer. I left for a few minutes but came back because unfortunately my husband likes this place. When I returned, I asked about the differences between some of the services and again received short, rude responses. I eventually decided to purchase the $65 membership for two cars, but when I asked to wash the car I was driving at that moment, I was told it would only include the exterior because interior service ends at 5:00 pm. It was only 5:30 pm. It supposed the place close at 6pm!!!! Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. I wasted my time, my patience, and any desire to ever return. The customer service was terrible from beginning to end. If the owner is interested in reviewing the cameras, this happened approximately between 5:00 pm and 5:40 pm.
