  Excellent service from start to finish. I came in to change my tires and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. The staff was knowledgeable, respectful, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. The job was done quickly and my car feels great. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable service!

  I have taken my 2014 Dodge Charger to this NTB shop in Reston for as long as I have owned the car. The staff is very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. And, their pricing is always fair and reasonable in my experiences - and I have had many, brakes, tires, inspections, etc. Their advice and recommendations have always been honest and have never tried to sell me on unnecessary and expensive services. The manager, Zia, is very accommodating, friendly and professional. I recently took my car in for an exhaust problem. A gasket connecting two separate exhaust pipes failed leaving the pipes disconnected and making for a noisy ride. He looked at the situation and suggested that it could be relatively inexpensively repaired but that his shop could not do the work. Instead of recommending that the entire exhaust system be replaced (at a cost of approximately $4,500 I received from another shop!), he suggested that I take it to a shop that deals primarily with exhaust systems and ask them to cut the two pipes and have a solid piece be welded to reconnect them. He did not charge me for the inspection. I took his advice and another shop did exactly that at a much more reasonable price, saving me thou$and$. I appreciated his honesty and thoughtful advice. My personal experience with this shop and their management has always been positive so I will continue to take my car to this shop and strongly recommend them.

  While major car repairs are obviously no fun, the staff at NTB could not have been better! Professionalism, courtesy, and integrity for doing the job well all top notch. They clearly explained all issues and prioritized them for me based on safety concerns. When a rear strut replacement did not sound right to them, they immediately let me know they ordered another new part and made it right. They stand by their work and take pride in customer experience and satisfaction.

  Daniel manages this location with the type of management and service this world is missing nowadays. They always go above and beyond to ensure they do the best they can for me. Unlike most businesses nowadays, they really understand how to turn a one time customer into a return customer. Polite, friendly, working with the mindset that the customer comes first. I’d highly recommend them.

  I was preparing our new to us recently purchased used car for a 1400 mile road trip and checked the spare tire pressure like my mechanic dad always taught me. I found out it was flat and when I tried to inflate it air was leaking from the valve stem. I took it to the NTB in the Reston home depot center. The manager and his tire mechanic immediately took the tire and fixed it for me in 15 min. They were so very helpful and did not charge me. It happened to be my birthday that day too, but they did not know that part at the time. Their kindness really made my day and made me feel so thankful for the kindness of strangers. Next time I need any work done I will be back as a paying customer😍
