- CSConstance StanleyMay 10, 20261.0Absolutely worst experience I've ever had. The mechanic had trouble finding the car even though I told them multiple times the color and model. The receptionist also said our appointment was at 4 but we had a confirmation text showing that it was actually at 1. The ticket was incorrectly written up by the manager, so the incorrect work was almost done on the car. We had a jeep and the work ticket was written up for a ford. They started doing an alignment on the car before even confirming they had the right tires. When they told me they had the wrong size tires and tried to upsell with tires that were almost $1,200, they then tried to make me pay for an alignment, which was their mistake. Who starts working on a car and doing an alignment before making sure the tires are going to fit the car?! After we asked to have the car back because they kept making ignorant mistakes, they threatened to charge us for the alignment and a failed state inspection. They were trying to make it seem like we had no choice but to get tires from them because the inspection would fail due to bad tires. The mechanics and administrative staff were absolutely clueless. Start to finish a horrible experience and complete waste of time. Do NOT do business with them. Didn't even receive the bare minimum of respect or courtesy.

- EHEric HammApr 18, 20265.0So me and my family were on our way from Roanoke Virginia to Fort Worth, Texas as we were moving, and about 45 minutes down. The road breaking resulted in a loud rattle noise in my back wheel. I took it to tire discounters here in Radford and they squeezed me in even though they were busy and got me taken care of within a couple of hours, back on the road to our new home. Nicer and more helpful at ofaris just full time. I would do 10 stars if I could!
