- BABlair AllenMay 9, 20262.0Giving two stars because the staff has always been friendly and courteous. However, this location has become unreliable as a service provider over the last year or two. I have been getting service at this location for several years now, and originally I loved the staff and the service I received. They always took great care of me and my vehicles. Recently, though, they have had issues getting their technicians to show up for work. I had an appointment for a state inspection (when they were doing appointments) that was cancelled because their inspector called in sick. Did anyone call me to tell me that? No! I drove 30 minutes round-trip, taking time off from work, just to have to reschedule my appointment. This morning I had an appointment to have my tires rotated. Dropped the vehicle off and went to run some errands. Came back an hour later to find they hadn't done anything to my vehicle. The gentleman at the service desk was courteous & apologetic, but he informed me that one of their staff didn't come to work today, so they were behind. Again, another wasted trip to Pulaski. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
