  Just got my oil changed a few minutes ago. Jordan did a great job taking care of me and had great customer service skills. It seemed like he was the only person at the shop though. He did everything on my vehicle with no assistance. I hope he usually has some help!

  Great customer service. Offered bottled water, explained everything, changed cabin filter for me. Nice guys doing great work.

  The staff did an excellent job offering me information on the various oil change products, as well as the reasons why some would be more beneficial due to my driving history. I asked a question and was immediately offered assistance that helped me a great deal. I will be back to this facility!

  Great customer service the guys here are very polite and knowledgeable of the products they work with. They show you your old filter next to a new one and never pressure you to buy

  I have been to this location multiple times and never had a problem until my most recent visit. During a routine oil change, I was recommended a cabin air filter and told it was normally $30 but would be half off, making it an additional $15. After the service was completed and they ran my card, I was informed that my vehicle required a specialty filter ($45) and was charged $30 extra instead, but they “still discounted me $15”. Had I been told the correct price beforehand, I would have declined the filter replacement. At the time, I was extremely frustrated by how the situation was handled and felt my concerns were dismissed. However, after posting my review, management reached out to discuss the issue. They refunded $16 and also gave me a coupon for an oil change in an effort to make things right. While I still believe the pricing should have been communicated more clearly before the work was performed and before they ran my card, I appreciate management taking my concerns seriously and making an effort to resolve the situation. Because of their response, I am updating my review and am willing to give them another chance in the future.
