    The Powhatan location was very fast and efficient. They open early and all staff I came in contact with were very courteous and helpful. Car was great. No complaints at all. Made a stressful process easy since I needed the rental due to my car breaking down.

    They had 2 weeks to get a truck ready for us. We called the day before to confirm they would have a truck ready, they told us to come after 10am and it would be here. Got here, and there's no truck. Now we are losing a day of work and having to drive across central va to find an enterprise with a truck. This place is terrible! Unorganized, uneducated, and rude staff.

    My husband was recently in an accident in our family car and we chose to go to enterprise in Powhatan because DRP collision is right next to it. From the very first day, they have been so kind and thankful. I spoken to a gentleman, I believe his name was Bradley, and he was so well spoken and considerate. It definitely makes a very stressful situation a little bit easier. Thank you to their team! Wishing I could keep this mini van longer! It’s very nice!
