  10/10 experience at Valvoline! I stopped in for an oil change after noticing my RPM needle jumping a bit. Jerrell greeted me and listened to my concerns, then connected me with JJ, who did a quick once-over and helped determine the next steps. I was directed to Michael’s bay, where Daniela was assisting topside and Jeremy was working underneath. I decided to have an engine flush done along with my oil change, and I’m so glad I did—the fluid that came out was almost coffee-looking! I really appreciated the team taking the time to address my concerns, provide helpful recommendations, and make sure everything was taken care of. AJ also came by and reset my maintenance timer. Shout-out to Jerrell, JJ, Michael, Daniela, Jeremy, AJ, and the entire team for the phenomenal customer service and care. Everyone was helpful, professional, and welcoming. 10/10 across the board! I’ll definitely be back for additional services. Thank you all for taking such great care of me and my vehicle! 🙌🏽

  Michael at the Potomac falls store was amazing and his team was quick and precise!!!! Didn’t over sell anything and was honest and kind. I enjoy bringing my vehicle to Valvoline!!!!

  The Men at Sterling Valvoline location were really attentive, and took the time to explain the issue, what I need to do and different resolutions. They were not trying to upsell me; Michael & Delando were excellent. I've been to many locations and after this visit they are by far my favorite. Kudos to you guys and great customer service!
