  Awesome technicians in this place of business, and that ain’t no B.S! Professional grade quality, is what I got with the team on my 2010 Lexus LS460.   This place has become my favorite places. The guys here working today are honest. Helpful and honestly flawless work. Between the 3 of them in the bay and the couple downstairs, they did a perfect job! If i could rate more stars I would!

  Logan was great he assisted me in the right side bay. He took time to share that there was an oblivious oil leak in my car and other recognizable problems. Aiden and Will were looking at the car and began to assist me in understanding their findings. This was great since they weren’t busy with other customers. It’s not often when people go above the call of their job to offer great customer service and Logan did that today. I’m extremely grateful. I hope Valvoline appreciates their team here in Portsmouth. I was going to take five across the street a few years ago, but I’ve had nothing but positive experience experiences every visit I’ve had.
