    Overall it was good except that it took way too much time for needed to be done which was balancing my tires! It took 1&1/2 hours and I thought that was too long!!!!

    Great service. Michelle in particular went above and beyond to help me process a warranty on my Good Year tire. Definitely would recommend for any work they do.

    I had a great experience at the tire shop thanks to Michelle. She was incredibly nice and genuinely cared about helping me get the best deal possible. She took the time to price match, which I really appreciated. On top of that, her positive attitude and professionalism honestly made my whole day better. It’s not often you come across customer service like that—Michelle went above and beyond, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of her. Highly recommend!

    The staff at the store were friendly and polite and the service was great but one thing that bothers me is the fact that I asked for a chart on the alignment I paid for and didn't receive, a little transparency goes a long ways, not sure if an alignment was done but I did pay for one.
