  I took my car in for service 7/4. I was assisted by the female manager. When I say her customer service was stellar, please believe me. From the moment of engagement, she was friendly, professional and personable. I absolutely loved her bright disposition and very laid back calming presence. What really impressed me and had singing her praises was the fact that she did the work on my care when her mechanic called out! Now, that’s what I call stellar customer service!!!

  I made an appointment for a wheel alignment at 11:00 AM today, arriving before the scheduled appointment time and waited for the technician. At 11:15 AM Kenny, the alignment technician, walked out and said it would be a long wait as he was going to perform several state inspections before beginning work on my car. I had been told the day before that state inspections were not scheduled appointments but performed on a first come, first serve availability basis. I believe my appointment should have been honored before Kenny performed any inspections. I had other commitments to attend to so I had to leave.

  Have been taking my vehicle to them for years. Took my car in on June 5th for an oil change. Two weeks later I took my car to a mechanic to replace my oil pan gasket only for him to tell me that the oil in my engine was so dark and thick that it looked as if it hadn’t been changed in over a year!!!!! I returned there and spoke with the manager who to my surprise did not seem the least bit surprised or concerned at all with my complaints. They are pretending to change people’s oil but obviously that is not what is happening. I was advised that she can send a request to corporate for a refund that takes 3-5 days and that there was no one I could speak with over her. She also informed me that I should expect a phone call within an hour from the store manager. Store manager never called. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. DO NOT TRUST this place to service your vehicle.

  I always buy my tires as well as getting my state inspections here. Always professional and timely and never an attempt to upsell. I always recommend them to others who are looking for the right place to go.

  Starting from the front desk to the mechanic, the Service I received was Professional, Honest and done in a Timely manner. The Female Manager at the Churchland location was very helpful, informative and clear as to what correct parts I needed to service My vehicle. The mechanic looked the car over and was certain of the parts to replace. I dropped My car off at the location, rode the city transit to My next destination and received a call to pick it up later the same day. I appreciate the accurate work, the time it took to get it done, and the exceptional service. I Referred all the people I know needing car work done right.
