  Hi!! I am ash!!! On 8.17.2026. I came to this location. I wanted to complement your staff. I was treated so kindly. The service was Great. I Highly recommend. I was helped by Young Lady Name Shay with braids and young gentlemen dark skin with braids tall, KYLE at Portsmouth airline location. This was my first time visiting. They were very quick. Kind. I was in extreme pain. I will definitely spread the word. I appreciate everything they did. They deserve a raise. My driver to location was extremely nice, driving was perfect TJ. I hope your company gives a raise or bonus to show your appreciation to your staff Recommend everyone to check them out.

  I came by on a Weds, to verify the pick up time from the shop, they was over hour late, on Thursday , then when I arrived to 3 other people sitting waiting for their rentals to be ready, I’m in a holding pattern, this is a big mistake, this will be last time I use Entireprise. should not have to wait couple hours longer due to there it being enough employees.

  I’d give zero stars if I could. The employees are professional and courteous however the management of this location is horrendous! I had a reservation for 0800. Checked in online the night prior. Showed up on time, no vehicles available. Eventually they received vehicles from other locations and other people dropped vehicles off. But still, this is unsat. They attempted to give me a vehicle at 0910 but the vehicle was disgusting. Had pet hair/dander everywhere and a foul odor. The gas tank was also half full which was only a minor inconvenience. Waiting an hour and 15 minutes past my reservation time and still no vehicle is beyond ridiculous! First and last time I’m renting from this location.
