  I was a long time customer of the Original Leete Tire and purchased one set of tires recently since the new ownership. The tires were a little pricey but so is everything these days and I wanted to keep my loyalty with Leete. Service went South when I returned to have my oil changed that came along with the four tire purchase. The shop wasn’t busy so there was no waiting. The shop wasn’t busy the day I bought the tires either nothing like the Original Leete when it was booming everyday. Oiled changed or so I thought as I’m headed home the Expedition went into limp mode a mile from the house. I make it home pop the hood to check for a plug knocked off the wiring harness during the oil change because the Expedition ran perfectly before the oil change. I looked directly in the area of the oil filter and to my surprise it’s the OIL FILTER I Installed with my handwriting on it as I put the date on mine. One thing about removing the oil filter on this engine is it makes a mess. Ford has a channel built under the oil filter to catch oil as the filter is removed and it had no signs of oil from the filter being removed just old oil soaked dirt. All the wiring looked intact and I could not find anything to make it go into limb mode. I called Leete and explained what happened and the manager wanted me to drive it back in limb mode. I asked him to send a tow truck but instead sent someone to my house to change the oil. At this point Leete Tire is not going to put their hands on my vehicle again so I turned the mechanic away telling him I would fix it myself. I changed the oil and filter which was dirtier than the oil before I brought it to Leete. I have no idea what they did to the engine to make it go into limb mode but it took me clearing the computer three times and resetting the oil life twice. I understand now why the parking lot is empty and original Leete customers are no longer using the New Leete Tire. It is very sad to see such a thriving business go down so quickly trashing the Leete name.

  I've been a customer of Leete Tire for a while, and theres been times I had really positive experiences with the team and their service. Andrew Tretola’s approach with customers and even how he interacts with the staff seems to be quite rude and unprofessional, which is a real shame because it's starting to affect the overall positive reputation I've always associated with Leete Tire. I've personally felt overcharged and simply not treated with the respect I deserved which is definitely not the standard I've come to expect from this business. I really hope the company addresses these issues soon.

  Service has really changed! I over heard other customers saying the family owned business had been sold to corporate. Front end service was not good and I later found out that was the Manager. I will not be returning.
