  Brought my ‘06 Corvette ZO6 for a baseline alignment. Shop very quickly performed the alignment to GM spec with little hassle. Highly recommend.

  August 6, 2026 Leete Tire Discounters Petersburg Today I discovered that my driver's side front tire had a puncture from a screw that was approximately two inches long near the inside edge of the tire. I removed the screw and installed a temporary plug. Since I had another complete set of wheels and tires (265/60R17) in storage, I went home, picked them up, and then checked the Leete Tire Discounters website. The store's posted closing time was 6:00 p.m. I arrived at approximately 4:45 p.m. I explained the situation to the service technician, who was also the store manager. I wasn't asking for tires to be mounted or balanced. I simply wanted the four wheel and tire assemblies already mounted on rims to be swapped onto my truck. The manager told me they were closed and instructed me to return the next morning. I explained that I was concerned about continuing to drive on a temporarily plugged front tire because I didn't know how long it would hold air. Despite explaining that it was a safety concern, my request was declined. I understand that businesses sometimes stop accepting work before the posted closing time if they are fully booked. However, I was disappointed that there was no effort to accommodate what I believed was a straightforward wheel swap or to offer another solution. I've been a customer for years, and my experience with the previous ownership and management was different. In the past, I felt they placed a stronger emphasis on helping customers when unexpected situations arose. I hope this location will continue to value customer service alongside running an efficient business.

  Came in for new tires and alignment, oil change, cabin filter change and to have them check brake ware. We had the vehicle at the shop at 9:30am. Never received a phone call about the brakes as they stated. After 5pm, we called, then they told us the tires had been installed and that they would have to keep the vehicle overnight and that it would be ready by 12Pm the following day.We opted NOT to leave the vehicle overnight and paid for services performed at the time (new tires and oil change) We stood at the counter from 5:30pm-to 6:30 Pm while engaging with the employee just to pay for the two services they provided.It's obvious this establishment is understaffed for the services they provide. Customer service and communication sucks! This new regime is definitely not what I'm used to dealing with at Leete! There were other customers that seemed to be battling with same issues that we were. We definitely will not be using Leete for any of our auto needs in the future and will not recommend them to anyone either!

  I was a long time customer of the Original Leete Tire and purchased one set of tires recently since the new ownership. The tires were a little pricey but so is everything these days and I wanted to keep my loyalty with Leete. Service went South when I returned to have my oil changed that came along with the four tire purchase. The shop wasn’t busy so there was no waiting. The shop wasn’t busy the day I bought the tires either nothing like the Original Leete when it was booming everyday. Oiled changed or so I thought as I’m headed home the Expedition went into limp mode a mile from the house. I make it home pop the hood to check for a plug knocked off the wiring harness during the oil change because the Expedition ran perfectly before the oil change. I looked directly in the area of the oil filter and to my surprise it’s the OIL FILTER I Installed with my handwriting on it as I put the date on mine. One thing about removing the oil filter on this engine is it makes a mess. Ford has a channel built under the oil filter to catch oil as the filter is removed and it had no signs of oil from the filter being removed just old oil soaked dirt. All the wiring looked intact and I could not find anything to make it go into limb mode. I called Leete and explained what happened and the manager wanted me to drive it back in limb mode. I asked him to send a tow truck but instead sent someone to my house to change the oil. At this point Leete Tire is not going to put their hands on my vehicle again so I turned the mechanic away telling him I would fix it myself. I changed the oil and filter which was dirtier than the oil before I brought it to Leete. I have no idea what they did to the engine to make it go into limb mode but it took me clearing the computer three times and resetting the oil life twice. I understand now why the parking lot is empty and original Leete customers are no longer using the New Leete Tire. It is very sad to see such a thriving business go down so quickly trashing the Leete name.
