  The SUV i reserved was not available so I was left with renting a car instead which was much smaller for the cargo I needed to transport for the rental duration. I attempted contacting another local Enterprise facility that did have SUV's and was told not only is the the locations which I picked up the cars responsibility to locate another vehicle for me but they were escalating the issue to higher management and to be on standby waiting for a response and the ability to swap my car for the sun. I never heard from anyone and unfortunately was left keeping the car and heading out on my trip. No sooner did I get the vehicle I realized the tire was low and had to stop and fill the tire with air. Once on my trip, the low engine oil light and message appeared on the dash. I pulled off the interstate and checked the oil and it was way over filled. The gentlemen that I picked the car up from said this vehicle had just returned from service. Once back on the interstate, when attempting to pass traffic, the transmission would slip and I could not go faster, I stead I had to slow down, allow it to re-engage a gear and then slowly accelerate. This happened bleach time I would be on the interstate causing a really potential hazard. When I returned the vehicle, I left the member checking the vehicle in of these issues and he said he would be sure I would be compensated for my troubles. I haven't heard from anyone and I tried calling three times today to speak with someone and nobody has picked up my call. I'm very disappointed with the entire experince from start to finish.

From the cheerful greeting, to clear friendly discussion through the rental process, to personal inspection and overview of the car, Chance was outstanding! It was wonderful to deal with a young man with high character and an outgoing personality perfect for customer interaction.
